Friendly and helpful staff
Went into the branch today to pick up some flooring that I had called to order. Was served by Josh who was very helpful and loaded my car up for me. The manager was kind enough to give my little one some biscuits while we were being served. It was very clean and tidy in the branch.

Brilliant service and staff
Brilliant service and staff. Alicia re-designed and changed my kitchen plan so many times and very likely thought it would never go ahead. It helped being such a local branch that I was able to buy and return sample doors so I could choose the correct colour. Recommend them to everyone.

Christmas fridge crisis solved by helpful Mya!
Our fridge basically gave up the ghost a few days before Christmas. It was a built in model that had come from Howdens in 2011. These days that's quite good life span. Problem was to get one that would fit in the same space. Our model was now superseded. The new version was a few millimetres wider. Mya in Howdens' office was brilliant, advising on correct new fridge, sending a colleague to come and measure the space, getting us a fitter, and arranging collection of the dead fridge. Patient and friendly throughout; all done by phone. Christmas was very smooth. Thanks very much.
