Pocklington branch
Pocklington branch Called in for window boards and some consumables. Asked for 3 and was told they were in stock, on moving to the store room it transpired there was only 2 & the guy said come back tomorrow for the other. Managed to do the job with 2 so never returned. Was charged for 3, for months & months was chased for payment despite explaining every time what had happened. Even had some clown in credit control tell me the branch had checked stock levels so the bill was correct. Had another call from credit control saying I am ignoring them & avoiding calls, again explained. Finally was given a credit note and at the same time asked for payment. Joke of a company will never ever use again

Brilliant staff help
I turned up fingers crossed the staff would be able to help me, I needed cupboard kitchen doors to match the ones already on, but I didn't know the name of the doors etc. Staff did help me and some. They found just what I wanted. Never once making me feel a pain customer. I left feeling very happy. Thank you Howdens.

Great kitchen experience at Howdens Ardrossan
Great experience at Howdens Ardrossan with a new kitchen. Staff were welcoming, friendly and polite on my initial visit. Designer Ashley then took the time to understand what I was looking for which set us on the right path and helped us come quickly to a design. She was then very patient and accomodating whilst I dithered over some of the detail. During installation the fitter recommended a slight change for the better and Ashley made it all happen. I'm overall delighted with the result. I'd also mention there was no hard sell or constant follow ups just friendly, professional service.

The team at Halesowen are welcoming and helpful in any situation. Oliver who designed our Kitchen was efficient and understood what we was looking for in our kitchen. When viewing the designs, Oliver allowed us to adapt and make any changes required to suit and gave us so many options making this easy to create a kitchen fit for me and my family. When required to due to some parts needing replacing or taking back? The team were also very understanding and helpful in making this painless and an easy process. Fully recommend Halesowen Howdens, a great team who thrive to make customers happy with their dream homes.
