Excellent service, communication and product

I had Mark visit to measure and design a kitchen from me, and the whole process from start to finish was easy. He designed a beautiful kitchen, which other than minor tweaks was absolutely perfect from the start. It was supplied a week later, with totally understandable minor issues with such a large and complex order, which were fixed immediately with no issues. Support throughout via email and in person has been outstanding, with a breadth of knowledge of the products, their parts and installation. I cannot fault the product or service at all, and would recommend Mark and his colleagues at Howdens Scarborough to anyone in the area considering such work. Thanks again!

Houghton-le-Spring Branch provide excellent service!

I recently had a new kitchen installed, supplied by the Houghton-le-Spring branch. A number of the doors were damaged; albeit the packaging wasn't, which suggests that the defect originated at the factory. There were some other issues with the size of some of the cabinets and the flue kit for the extractor fan. Once this was brought to the attention of Dale, the branch manager, he quickly organised the delivery of the doors, which arrived within an hour of our telephone conversation! The remaining items were delivered early the next day. Overall, I've been very impressed with the help and after sales service provided. Given that the majority of the doors were cosmetically damaged it was a cause for concern for me, as the kitchen components had been with me sometime before my kitchen fitter was available to install my kitchen. I'm grateful for all the help and assistance that Dale and his staff provided to enable my kitchen to be installed without any delay. I'd like to think that Dale and his team will be recognised and I would highly recommend Howdens', without hestitation!
