Induction Hob

  • New

Induction hobs are faster and more energy efficient than ceramic, electric and gas hobs. With induction cooking only the diameter of the saucepan base is heated, rather than heating the entire cooking zone, reducing the risk of burning and increasing efficiency by only using the required amount of energy.

Saucepans need to be magnetic, so cast-iron, steel and some stainless steel pans are required and are readily available.

For a demonstration of how the induction hob works a short video is available at the bottom of this page.
