Fan Assisted Cooking

Fan Assisted Cooking

A fan located in the centre of the heating element circulates hot air which rapidly heats the oven and often eliminates the need for pre-heating. It reduces cooking times and saves energy costs. Different foods can be cooked on several levels at the same time, efficiently and effectively.

Conventional Grilling

Choices include fixed power settings where cooking speed is adjusted by altering the shelf position. Variable power settings and, on some, the option of using just half of the grill are ideal for small meals. The feature of the advanced ultra grill is specially designed to heat up quickly and cook rapidly and evenly.

Fan Grilling

Fan Grilling

The grill element browns the food and seals in the juices, while the fan circulates the heat evenly. It uses lower temperatures and is more economical. All shelf positions can be used simultaneously, enabling you to grill sufficient food for even the largest party.

Zoned Grilling

In a similar way to fan grilling, heat from the top of the oven is circulated by means of the oven fan, but it is a much less intense heat. This allows you to cook foods requiring different temperatures at the same time.

Cooking with Lower Heating Elements

Cooking with Lower Heating Elements

The lower heating element is used independently and gives concentrated lower heat which is useful to make sure things are cooked right through. Once again, this function would normally only be used in the latter stages of cooking.
