Excellent after sales service

We had experienced a number of significant issues with our Lamona tumble dryer since its installation in October 2023. The last engineer to visit us recommended that it should be replaced under warranty although we were unable to establish whether this would happen and if so how and when. By this stage the appliance was unusable so I visited Howdens in Norwich on Monday 23rd March where I met Sam Archer and explained our problem to him. Within fifteen minutes Sam had approved a replacement appliance (a new model) and although the branch had none in stock he sourced one which was delivered and installed on Thursday 26th March. Brilliant! It is rare to find excellent customer service these days but in this case Sam went way above and beyond the norm and we couldn't be more grateful or appreciative of his efforts. Thanks Sam.

I am not havppy when tying to place an…

I am not havppy when tying to place an order. The only way I can get a competitive price from Howdens is to go to other companies Magnet Travis Perkins Wren for a cheaper price then come back to Howdens and argue with the manager for their best price. I do not always have the time for this so go elsewhere.

I bought my kitchen from howdens norwich. They were friendly, knowledgeable and brought my vision to life! Clair who did all the designing was helpfull and understanding (every time I changed my mind about something) she was an absolute angel and had all the answers to potential problems. The kitchen is very good quality and worktops are amazing. Would definatly recomend!

A pleasure to deal with Vitor …….and all the staff at Whiffler Rd had time for my treasured little girl “ Bella” which goes a long way with me !

Vitor was extremely patient with my somewhat anxious and vulnerable lady client who has number of personal issues. He took time to explain things clearly and appreciated she had a fairly strict budget when designing her new Kitchen,a thoroughly decent man to deal with and no hard sell ….which i detest at the best of times! Elliott went over and above.

Walked in first thing on a Monday morning Elliott who’s always helpful stopped what he was doing to design me a kitchen, everything was in stock so collected the lot on Thursday in full, fitted it on Friday and Saturday. Excellent service allowing us to get this rental property quickly back on the market. Thank you 🙏

High customer satisfaction

It was great to see on their website that a home visit was possible to explore the available options. Angie, from their Norwich branch, came round, measured up and then produced a CAD drawing of the kitchen we wanted - even down to adapting the colour of the units to suit our colour scheme. Adjustments were not a problem, and now we have the new kitchen we asked for.

Absolutely Brilliant

I recently purchased some internal oak doors and knobs from the Whiffler Road Norwich branch. All the staff there were absolutely brilliant. A particular mention must go to Danuta who went above and beyond. She was so so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I’m so happy with the quality of the products & cannot recommend this company, their products & their staff enough Thank you, I will be back!!!
