High Performance Underlay (XPS)
High Performance underlay is a premium product with excellent levelling properties and thermal insulation. It is suitable for use with all real wood and laminate flooring, and it can be used in conjunction with a damp proof membrane (available separately) where required. High Performance underlay can also be used in conjunction with under-floor heating.
