We have had a fantastic experience with Howdens, and I can honestly say that every staff member that I spoke to at the Romford branch was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. A very special thank you has to go to Tracy, who went above and beyond in designing our kitchen exactly how we imagined it. From the very beginning, Tracy took the time to really listen to our ideas, understand our needs, and guide us through all the options with patience and expertise. Her attention to detail and creative input made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. We are absolutely over the moon with the final kitchen design and could not be happier with the help and support Tracy provided from start to finish. She made sure all our requirements were met and truly helped bring our vision of the perfect kitchen to life. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Howdens Romford to anyone looking for excellent service, professionalism, and outstanding kitchen design. Absolutely outstanding from all at…
Absolutely outstanding from all at Peterborough Howdens throughout my kitchen replacement. To start Tom nailed the design really efficiently; on site discussion and measure up followed by in branch CAD review with great sample selection to bring the design to life. Ordering process was seamless. The kitchen itself is good quality, has some beautiful features (wood cutlery drawer has been complimented several times already, pantry cupboard is beautiful, soft close, finishing details) & good value for money (supported by October sale), held in UK stock so quick delivery, and the team have been readily available to support with all and any queries. The delivery team were also brilliant - to any room, cheerful and exactly as scheduled. Two notes - always having to negotiate on cost is a bit of effort but small in the context of everything else, and is swiftly handled by the team. And I took the decision not to use the Howdens hardware offer - again, effortless from the team but I sourced alternative. Whilst Howdens don’t offer an installation service for those in/around Peterborough I’d highly recommend Alex Carter - great knowledge of Howdens products and top class. So yes, full credit and highly recommend! Thanks Tom, Sharon, Rob, Sue & team - you’ve all been brilliant.
