Excellent staff

Excellent staff, excellent products it just stunned me when they said "All ready to collect now" which I did but the only minor issue I had was some small screws for hinges and legs/feet were missing. One pack only had 7 not 16, Also the large carcass had no shelf support push in clips at all. I called the depot but it was closed. Kind Regards

The staff are so very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and I have even had calls after hours to discuss upcoming work and orders. If there are ever any issues I can get them sorted within minutes via a quick call to the depot. Genuinely cannot thank them enough for the devotion they give to every job. Fab new kitchen!

Oh my ! How difficult have we been as customers ! Jackie at Howdens Bicester must have the absolute patience of a saint as they say ! We started the kitchen design I think about 2/3 years ago !! We then decided early this year it was time to proceed with the plans. Obviously as time goes on the plan ,design , colour and style have all changed !! No job too big for Bicester ! Jackie eventually found the plans I think for the archives and then spent lots of time and patience helping us update them . The process was very easy for us and before long a completely new kitchen was designed. Everything in detail is taken care of and no stress at all . I am over the moon with the help and design options given . We now have a new up to date kitchen that is an absolute joy to cook in as well as a great social area . I cannot thank Jackie enough and the other staff members even down to the delivery guys and the super guys that put the worktops in. An enjoyable easy experience. Thanks to all .

I recently had to visit the Yeadon branch with a larder that would not close correctly. Trevor was extremely helpful and looked in their spare parts to find exactly what I required, so that I did not have to buy the whole unit , which would have been hundreds of pounds. 5 stars!
