The kitchen design and ordering process were handled to an exceptionally high standard from start to finish. The design phase was professional, creative and tailored perfectly to meet our requirements, with great attention to detail and practical functionality. The ordering process was smooth and clearly communicated throughout, giving us confidence throughout. Delivery and installation were completed efficiently and with excellent workmanship, resulting in a finished kitchen that exceeded expectations in both quality and appearance. What truly stood out was the level of customer service provided throughout the entire project. Communication was prompt, friendly, and professional, with every question or concern handled quickly and effectively by our Howden’s designer Anita Venables. Thanks to Anita for designing our dream kitchen.

Great service and experience
We used Howdens Penge on the advice of our builder and it was a very good decision. The quality of the kitchen units is great (Frome in Ash Green) and they were delivered on time with very good liaison with the builder. Sahar who designed the kitchen was excellent. It looked exactly as the (many) CAD designs she produced for us. She was super friendly, professional and flexible, and spent as much time as we needed to get it just right and made some last minute design adjustments with us and the builder when we decided we wanted a bigger fridge and a few other changes. I would highly recommend.
