Had another really good experience at Howdens in Edenbridge. The whole place just feels friendly and easy to deal with, no pressure or hard sell. Lisa, the manager, is honestly great. Super helpful, knows her stuff, and clearly runs a tight ship while still being really approachable. You can tell she actually cares about customers having a good experience. Nathan on the sales team was also brilliant. Really down to earth, gave solid advice, and helped me figure out what I actually needed without overcomplicating things. Overall, just a genuinely nice team and a smooth experience from start to finish. Would definitely go back

applied for a trade account and was told someone would visit me at home to progress. Decided not to progress and never opened one. I am continually harassed with test messages every couple of days telling me about offers. Glad I bought elsewhere.

Nettie and Emma at the Lakeside branch have been amazing in helping us through the process of buying our new kitchen. From the moment we first walked into the showroom, they’ve both been so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Emma has been fantastic with the design, making all the changes we asked for along the way (even when we kept changing our minds!). Nothing has ever been too much trouble for either of them, and it’s made the whole experience really enjoyable. I’m so glad we chose to go with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nettie and Emma to anyone looking for a beautiful kitchen and first-class service.

Pocklington branch
Pocklington branch Called in for window boards and some consumables. Asked for 3 and was told they were in stock, on moving to the store room it transpired there was only 2 & the guy said come back tomorrow for the other. Managed to do the job with 2 so never returned. Was charged for 3, for months & months was chased for payment despite explaining every time what had happened. Even had some clown in credit control tell me the branch had checked stock levels so the bill was correct. Had another call from credit control saying I am ignoring them & avoiding calls, again explained. Finally was given a credit note and at the same time asked for payment. Joke of a company will never ever use again

Brilliant staff help
I turned up fingers crossed the staff would be able to help me, I needed cupboard kitchen doors to match the ones already on, but I didn't know the name of the doors etc. Staff did help me and some. They found just what I wanted. Never once making me feel a pain customer. I left feeling very happy. Thank you Howdens.
