A good experience
All round, a very good experience. Debbie listened to what I had in my vision and created it perfectly. She has always been keen to sort any issues arising during the build of the kitchen. As a company, Howdens would benefit from sending all the correct parts. We had two occasions when we discovered wrong sized parts had been sent, or missing altogether, which is frustrating for the kitchen fitters, as they cannot get on with the fit and i gathered, this is not a one off situation!

It took us years to finally decide on the right kitchen, so we wanted to make sure we made the right choice. From the very beginning, Hayley was incredibly patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Her recommendations, guidance and assistance throughout the whole process were invaluable, and even after we received the kitchen, she continued to be there to help. The level of customer service we received was exceptional, and we are so happy with both the quality of the kitchen and the service from the Howdens team. We are very pleased that we chose Howdens, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result.
