As always, the Gorgie branch were professional, knowledgeable and friendly when I arrived at eight o'clock for my flooring. It makes a difference to be greeted with a smile at that time in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Gorgie branch of Howdens.

Most Recent Customer unhappy about service during planning stage and the fact they had to keep chasing and also the fact they had to take delivery 2 full weeks before we were able to fit without any conversation being had between depot and ourselves as the account holders, final straw was missing pieces and after paying the delivery charge they were told the missing pieces would be sent out by post. Customer was unimpressed
