I have been dealing with Matt Hitchin at Howdens at…North Walsham, Norfolk

Update review 26 July 24. Kitchen now fully fitted. Great experience with Howdens at North Walsham. A special shout out to Matt and Scott, they have been so supportive and have gone the extra mile to make sure that our kitchen met our expectations. They are a fantastic and very friendly team at North Walsham, Howdens have got it right with excellent staff and their 'can do' attitude. I have been dealing with Matt Hitchin at North Walsham, Norfolk. The team there have been excellent and very professional, but, overall they have been the best help and support in helping us design and purchase our new kitchen. Even came out (several times) and measured for flooring. Cannot praise them enough and especially Matt Hitchin, their Kitchen Designer, he has been super helpful, always ready to answer any questions and offer great advice. I would recommend the team at North Walsham to anyone who is looking for good honest advice and design.

We went to North Walsham Howdens in search of a new kitchen & flooring. We were introduced to Matt Hitchins sales adviser who was extremely helpful. We went home and made a few changes Matt was there to help at the next visit. We have now ordered our new kitchen and going to pop back to order the flooring. Thank you Matt

Excellent service from Scott Matt and the team at Howdens. Despite the numerous alterations we made to the design colour and appliances our kitchen met our specifications to the finest degree. Incredible Service

I felt a bit cheeky rocking up at the North Walsham branch unannounced on a Saturday morning, with nothing but a rough sketch and a tight deadline, but I was greeted by Sam Amis whose friendly front-of-house demeanour is backed up by an encyclopaedic knowledge of every panel, plinth, worktop and handle that Howdens has to offer. Within twenty minutes he'd conjured up not one but two alternative quotes for me, liaising with in-house designer Matthew "The Kitchen" Hitchin on some of the finer details. I returned on Monday with the client (aka my mum) to confirm a few options -- this was again unannounced -- and we arrived to find Sam and Matt deep in conversation ... about our project and how the decor end panels could best be implemented. I was absolutely astonished by the amount of attention they were providing - even when I wasn't there. The whole order was despatched on-time and without a hitch, and I later discovered one of their team had popped in on-site to check our builder was happy with everything. My apologies for taking so long to provide a review, but the whole experience was so effortless I almost forgot it happened.
