How-not to use a tape measure

Firstly, thanks to Allan as he forgot to measure the new window we built (after coming to measure twice), so the L shape units we purchased overlapped the window. All that talk about symmetrical units, just for us to have to change the design whilst it was being installed. Always check your returns, sent 5 items back got a refund for 3, was not allowed to see the refund receipt due to no approval from the builder. Even though I was approved to see the purchasing receipt. No response from head office either after my complaints.

Great service from these guys, i saw Allan he came by and put the kitchen design together. Once i had the plans i passed these over to my builder and the kitchen was then installed.
