Howden's mistake incurs extra cost to customer

Moving our existing kitchen with a few additions, and a Howdens representative confirmed on multiple occasions our existing design was still stocked. Only when the kitchen turned up and was being fitted our builder discovered it is the wrong colour and what we ordered is now discontinued. The colour is not the issue, as we can work with a different colour. The issue we have is that this has resulted in significant financial costs to put right, of which Howdens refuse to take responsibility for (even though we made them confirm they were ordering the correct colour when they must have been able to see it was discontinued). Customer service in our local branch are not interested in helping resolve the financial impact this has had due to an error of their own. Certainly wont be recommending or using them again.

Plenty of staff to serve you quickly free coffee and so easy just to pick a ticket and go and collect it from the warehouse staff they help you load up and you’re in and out quicker than drinking a cup of the free coffee

You're customer service is exemplary..

You're customer service is exemplary.. What let's you down is penny pinching across the range , Where the fitter has to measure out drawer runners instead of cnc marked holes.. No marking out for handles door or drawer.. Other companies provide this..it makes for a quicker installation
