Absolutely love our new kitchen.

We’ve just recently (November 2023) had a new kitchen from Howdens , Biddulph, Stoke -on -Trent . Absolutely great service all round . A big Thank you to Richard Huxley for the wonderful design & for your patience & helpful advice on choice, fittings etc. Oh forgot to mention, thanks for the lovely coffees. We used a company called ‘Tile Elite’to do the fitting, great guys, very friendly, hard working & most important trustworthy. I’d always recommend Howdens as their choice of products are fabulous .

The staff are so helpful nothing is too much trouble

The staff are so helpful and really listen to your needs, there is so much choice of colours, styles prices etc. There was a fault on the work top and it was replaced the very next day. I couldn’t find the instructions for the dishwasher but that was sorted out that day.The manager and Will the designer have been excellent and I would recommend Howdens in Biddulph to any of my friends and family.

Chips on oak doors where the router…

Chips on oak doors where the router blade wasn't sharp enough, quarts wasn't sealed properly so had to finish off my self, tap kept dripping so had to change the filter, door latched are cheaply made and broke within 1 day.
