Beautiful Kitchen, Outstanding Customer Service

I cannot thank Dawn enough for the beautiful kitchen she designed for me. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to think outside the box to come up with a design that made excellent use of the space and was also beautiful (and I am very picky!) and she made it happen within budget too. AND without a hitch. There is usually always something that isn't straightforward when doing building works. She worked with our builder so that everything was arranged and sorted without me needing to worry, which I was extremely grateful for as I am heavily pregnant and in need of a kitchen asap. If ever I needed to check something like finishes and Dawn was unavailable the bishops Stortford branch were very accommodating and helpful which was also appreciated. Thank you Dawn (and also Josh, Ben and team at Birchdale Builders who worked closely with Dawn to bring this project to life).

We visited your Woodford Avenue branch…

We visited your Woodford Avenue branch but weren’t happy Got to wait as the guy on the front desk was busy organising a delivery Took his time and attended us but wasn’t very replies I believe the a senior person was watching this but was busy attending the phone calls When we came out 3 to 4 people Were having a cigarette break Either the team wasn’t happy to attend us or they have a laid back approach VISIT TO HIGH ROAD ILFORD where I saluted the lady manager and her reply was that’s the team who are helpful So we got the kitchen units there BUT as we ordered a gloss work top We were given a Matt work top As there was only 1 person to pick the goods When we went inside to tell did we book the Matt the Booking person came out and ask the person to give us the Gloss work top The Ilford branch should be FOUR STARS I HOPE IT WILL HELP

Staff as usual perfect and very helpful…

Staff as usual perfect and very helpful . Traffic due to roadworks on M11 roundabout mayhem . Ten minutes took more than an hour . Definitely not Howdens fault . Not sure when it ends either ,if ever .
