I thank Howdens of Bootle for not making it easy for me to open an account, as it has been the way of seeing what awaited me in the future if I had been their client. After countless calls to activate my account, I finally decided to bring you my passport today to activate it and what is my surprise, it is not enough, I have to bring you a physical statement... but let's see, gentlemen, I have given it to you. sent by email PRINT IT!!!, that we are in the 21st century, that it is a cash account that I am going to pay before they serve me the material, that they are not going to lend me anything! On the other hand, the store staff has made an unfortunate comment about me being Spanish, maybe Howdens doesn't want customers of my nationality? I don't know... In short, THANK YOU Howdens for wanting me to buy all the material in other stores where they treat their customers well without caring about their nationality.
