New kitchen nerves!…

I was very apprehensive about having a new kitchen installed. Howdens was recommended so I contacted them and a few days later, Shellby, designer, came to my home and measured up. With a few ideas in mind, Shellby designed a virtual kitchen which I viewed at Howdens. She went through everything with me, suggesting alternatives if needed. I was extremely pleased with her design and the cost was great! My kitchen is now fully installed and looks fabulous 👌. After another consultation, Shellby helped me pick some flooring. In short, I highly recommend Howdens; the staff are efficient and very knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. A big thank you to Shellby for your invaluable help x

Went to buy a kitchen recently

Went to buy a kitchen recently and went to howdens ebbw vale, and glad I did! I’m a newbie, never done this before but from the minute Shelby measured up and then going over to the branch to choose the kitchen, then going in to a room with them with a big 50” tv on the wall so you can see your chosen kitchen what it will look like, or if you have 2 kitchens in mind seeing them on the big tv makes it easier to make your mind up and which one is for you, and what’s nice is they’re all so nice! So a big thank you Shelby Helen ang and Lucy and not forgetting Paul Phillips who installed it just right, so from start to finish I chose right going here

Bought our kitchen with Howdens Ebbw Vale, Shellby was super helpful and so friendly, she listened to our requirements carefully and gave us everything we wanted in our design. The kitchen looks beautiful now fitted, and myself and my partner as so chuffed with it!! Cant recommend enough ☺️

Amazing customer service.

Becky was our kitchen designer and advisor. She went above and beyond designing and giving us a kitchen much better than we had imagined. Delighted and amazed with the kitchen is an understatement. Nothing was too much trouble. Becky worked closely with ourselves and the builders, accommodating us with delivery times, changes and even ordering two sizes of cupboards in case I changed my mind. Any returns were charged back to our account and service and delivery were prompt. We are very happy with the customer service and competitive price we received from Howdens Ebbw Vale. Thank you to Becky and all the staff( who were all very friendly and helpful) for your patience, advice and helpfulness.
