Highly recommend Howdens for a new kitchen!

Everyone at Howdens (Filton) is always so helpful - from staff at the front desk, to people I asked a random question to in the warehouse. Miffy in the kitchen department was so helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to my daily emails and changing tastes. I will recommend Howdens to anyone in the future.

Filton Branch in Bristol is very poorly run. I always use Yate but customer knew the designer in Filton. I won't be working on a Filton designed kitchen again. As a footnote, there are never enough staff on the sales desk

Awful customer service almost start to…

Awful customer service almost start to finish. Designer was fine until they messed up the order. From then. horrific delivery experience, multiple items missing and lots delivered not even matching the design. Poor communication on trying to resolve and manager trying to blag his way out of it with incorrect statements. Not replying to emails then quereying invoices then threatening to suspend the account via the tradesman. Shafting you on return credit amount on items you didnt even order/match design in the first place. Incompetent and apathetic at multiple levels.

The staff are really caring and supportive. They have a good knowledge about all the products they sell and they help you on choosing the right materials if you ask. The materials sold at Howdens are very good quality. I am very happy with this company and I trust their service.
