A great team at Gainsborough.

I've had an account with Howdens for years. The staff at the Gainsborough branch are a friendly and helpful gang and, when I was fitting my own kitchen, happy to take items back and swap them for something different as my plans changed. A big thumbs up from me .

Best in Gainsborough

Been using Gainsborough Howdens for a few years now - always super helpful - the kitchens they supply are as good as any and the knowledge they have is second to none. Would highly recommend

Equality for all

I don’t know why I went into Scunthorpe branch and they had to ring Gainsborough for a price ???????? I have had a Scunthorpe account for longer ??? Prices should be central not if your face fits you get better discount not dictated by who you are !!!!!! Got to add Scunthorpe branch very professional and the counter staff tried to do me more then 25% the chap was very helpful You have no idea how much custom I can bring you , would love to speak to head office but they avoid the conversation and say it’s up to the branch, does anyone actually own the company because would appreciate a conversation with them !!!! If they exist? This is supposed to be a trade establishment not a mates I will give you more discount Let’s be fair trade all one price no matter who you are !!!! Then small traders big traders get the same chance !!! This will fall on deaf ears but fair price , fair chance always wins Thank you for the opportunity to at least have a say Regards Clive Parkinson

Howdens Gainsborough. Brilliant staff.

I've been using Howdens at Gainsborough for years. A friendly bunch of lads and lasses and very helpful. I'm currently fitting my own kitchen and the plans keep changing and there's never a problem with swapping units for different ones.

If your mates with staff or regulars or…

If your mates with staff or regulars or spend more of other people’s money you are treated better! So we have spent quite a large amount of money over the last 20 years many kitchens etc but we still are a second class customer! Also pricing is dictated regarding who you are ? Would love to discuss with main not branch management

Quick turn around

Able to measure and produce plans of a new kitchen quickly and proceed to order. Were able to offer advice on delivery when issues arose from our end, very helpful in helping solving our problems. Kitchen to be fitted later but sure there won’t be issues.
