Chris at Howdens Hollinwood in the BEST!

We have had the most personalised and memorable experiences with Chris's help. From the start he has made us feel like valued customers. He listened to what we wanted and he has over exceeded our expectations and given us the fairest and cheapest price he could. We met with Chris 3 times for at least 2 hours a time going over and making changes due to the price. He was more than happy to re- design the kitchen a few times due to our budget/ changing our minds. He even gave us a free bottle of wine for buying our first home! I genuinely think that the price and look of our kitchen would be completely different ( not for the better) if we went with any other Howdens planner, because Chris genuinely cares! Lastly, thankyou thankyou thankyou for all the freebies and discounts you managed to give us during the sale! You've not only saved us money, but time and stress which is greatly appreciated. If you are thinking of getting a new kitchen, ASK FOR CHRIS! you wont regret it! :)

Had a fabulous experience with Howdens Hollinwood

Had a great experience with Howdens Hollinwood, from the start! From Johnny and Derek coming doing site visits, opening my account and helping me plan 2 kitchens, couldn’t have been easier! Have also visited the store several times to alter designs, and all the staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly! Truly great exceptional service from the Hollinwood team! Thanks guys and girls!

A person Centred approach! AMAZING

My experience with Howdens member of staff Chris Rayboulds was so amazing and touching. I had been to many different kitchen companies for a kitchen design and they was just not right. I was so confused as having a new kitchen is stressful enough let alone not knowing what is the right decision to make when you are spending so much. I contacted Howdens and spoke to Chris and I checked out my designs with him and he was explaining to me what wasn't fitting right. I broke down as I was like I don't understand this as this isn't my remit. Chris kindly asked me to come into the office and said let me explain it to you so you fully understand. At this point he made it clear to me he isn't expecting me to buy from them he just wants to make sure whoever I buy from it make the right decision and know what to look for. Chris is so passionate about his job he would reply to me everytime I emailed him and trust me I was constantly emailing him. I made the best decision to go along with Howdens and that was all thanks to Chris Raybould from the Hollinwood branch. To find someone so hard and committed to his job and honest is v v rare.
