such a shocking experience to find even tho you pay Howdens directly you are in purchase agreement with you trader and as Howdens is a trader only company, when you trader lets you down Howdens just wash their hands of you because they can. Such an expensive shock and disappointing business ethic from Howdens

Wow what a fabulous service we…

Wow what a fabulous service we received. Kyan, Anton & Kate were all so very helpful and work together as a dream team. We had a couple of issues but nothing was too much for them to sort out. They went above and beyond and I'm now incredibly happy with my fabulous kitchen, great quality and amazing service. I would certainly recommend Howden's South Ipswich to any of my friends. Thank you I'm loving my new Kitchen.

I've had a very disappointing and…

I've had a very disappointing and expensive experience with Howdens unfortunately. Units nice and damaged items replaced BUT when it cam to returning items not used this was completely different due to their trader only conditions I paid for my kitchen using my credit card they gave my refund to the builder who did not return it to me and their answer was not our problem £900 I lost and it appears Howdens can operate like this with out any responsibilities very very disappointed and out of pocket too Such a shock non of this was explained when I made the purchase very shady practice other customers aught to be aware when they hand over their hard earned cash.

Good company to use

Howdens South Ipswich

We have used Howdens South Ipswich for two kitchens so far and will most definitely be using them again. What a super company to deal with. Excellent range of kitchens to choose from, good pricing and superb custpmer service. Our sales/designer Matt Goffin has been helpful throughout, nothing has been a problem and everything is done so quickly! All the other staff are always so courteous and professional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The manager Gavin must take credit for a great team!
