Another great kitchen

I went back to Howdens Kirkintilloch when I changed my kitchen recently. The designer Evelyn was fantastic, so knowledgeable, understanding and patient. Delighted with the results, she managed to improve on the first kitchen design, giving me the added features I now wanted. Would fully recommend Howdens.

Howdens in…Kirkintilloch- excellent

We bought our kitchen from Howdens in Kirkintilloch. Our experience was great. Evelyn done an amazing job. We were taking down a wall to creat a large new kitchen space. Evelyn visited even before the wall was down and expertly done the drawings for us based on the design we had in mind. It’s now completed and looks amazing. She was in touch throughout and always on hand to help and make any changes we needed. Highly recommend Evelyn and Howdens Kirkintilloch.

Kitchen supply and design

The kitchen designer (Evelyn) was really helpful and developed my ideas into something that was realistic. It is now installed and is almost identical to the virtual model that it was based on. All round - very happy with the product and the design service.

customer warranty management system might be a problem

I registered my Lamona oven warranty at the Howdens website in October 2023, obtaining a waranty certificate. Unfortunately, when I attempted to contact Howdens Kirkintilloch depot for service, the staff could not identify me, although I provided my registration number to him. It was not the receptioin staff's personal fault, but definitely Howdens as a company has a serious problem in recording its warranty customers. I am planning to use a third party for a repair and then sue Howdens for a breach of the warranty terms.

Evelyn made the process of designing…

Evelyn made the process of designing our new kitchen easy. She produced a digital design that we discussed and changed according to our preferences and budget. She accommodated meetings in person and online to fit with our situation and availability. Howdens was very flexible when we requested changes to fixtures such as taps and kitchen appliances after monies had been paid. The customer service was excellent and Evelyn was available on the end of the phone to answer any questions.
