Excellent customer service

Dani was extremely helpful in planning the kitchen, as it was an inbuilt extension at the time she visited the property on a few occasions and came up with a few different ideas for us. We played around with the ideas until we chose the final plan. The help from the branch manager Anthony was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for him and the rest of the team. An excellent 5 star service all round.

A really positive kitchen buying experience

After years of wanting to change our kitchen we finally took the plunge. After visiting various showrooms and having meetings with a few other local kitchen companies aswell as Howdens, we easily settled on Howdens Leckwith because of their warm welcome and no pressure approach during our first meeting. We also know a few people who had used Howdens in the past and had had positive experiences. A special thanks to Tim for pointing us in the direction of the Leckwith branch and a huge thanks to Emily for helping us though the entire process. We took months to settle on a design but Emily was great throughout the whole process and we never felt pressure to hurry with our order. They understood this was a big purchase and it needed to feel right. When we were finally ready to order, the process was simple, it took 2 weeks for the units to be made and they were mostly pre-assembled apart from the doors, shelves and drawer units, which made fitting so much easier and quicker. It then took about 2 weeks for us to fit all the units, doors, pelmets and plinths along side our full time jobs. This isn't including the work that went into preparing and painting our kitchen pre it's arrival and having the floor, appliances and worktop fitted afterwards. We now have a kitchen that we love to cook and spend time together in as a family and couldn't be happier. Thank you Howdens Leckwith for a fabulous service, we highly recommend to all.
