Absolutely awful customer service here

Absolutely awful customer service here. The branch sold us a sink incorrectly (no waste unit, no clips) - this meant we wasted money getting a plumber out. I spoke to branch manager Stephen who admitted guilt on their side and yet didn’t want to make any concessions their side, not even a discount on any future purchases. Embarrassing that a national company like this takes zero responsibility for their actions, will not be using them again.
