Amazing customer service

Wow!! I’m stunned by the customer service we received from Mo and the team at Howdens Middleton. I can’t recommend them enough. A few teething issues but Mo stepped up and fixed everything!! Efficient, personable and completely turned around our experience. Nothing was too much trouble.

Helpful Staff.

All staff I've dealt with have been polite and helpful. Usually deal with Sharon who sorts out good deals for our business account. Recently dealt with the manager Mo who was very helpful as well.

Just wanted to share how dissapointed…

Just wanted to share how dissapointed we are with the Howdens Middleton Depot, A few Years ago we did renovations and amongst other things some flooring was purchased, we were then unhappy with the quality and returned the closed packs. When we enquired about our refund we were told it had been refunded to our builders account without us knowing. Our builder then spend this money, and after a dissagreement we no longer had contact with him since. As this was over covid this was foggoton about in branch and the new manager will not acknowledge this as their issue! Not impressed with any of the service provided by this branch, and hope that a thorough investigation takes place.

Alana Middleton, great designer,

I find Howdens a great company to deal with, great quality kitchens, Middleton depot has been my local Howdens for years, I find the staff very helpful especially my go to designer Alana, she has designed many a fabulous kitchen for my customers and always comes up with great ideas which is what your customers want at the end of the day, keep up the great work Alana, also want to give a shout out to Frank and Pete in the warehouse, nothing is too much trouble for those two, great work ethics👍

Poor quality flooring-avoid

Had flooring fitted in 3 rooms purchased from Howdens March 2021. Supposedly the flooring was hard wearing with double number (30yr) guarantee. Less than 2yrs down and laminate is rippling, creasing, cracking and lifting. Joiner who purchased and fitted has for the last 12months been trying to get Howdens to fix the problem but to no avail. Middleton depot where purchased sent 1staff member to take photos Dec 2023, have had no follow up as promised. Joiner is going in AGAIN to speak to manager regarding our complaint. Howdens DO NOT uphold their guarantee warranty. Beware of their laminate flooring. Still waiting for Howdens to respond and take this complaint seriously!
