Long distance ordering of parts

The estimate of parts required for a replacement FD30 front door was put together in Bridport. The parts were required in London. I phoned the information through to the Mitcham branch from where the carpenter was to collect them. Hilary took the order and was absolutely brilliant in organising all the parts and keeping me up to date re collection and some changes that had to be made when the carpenter collected everything

Very poor service from the account…

Very poor service from the account departments and managing branch Instead of sending the statement accounts of outstanding balance, all i received its claim form with extra charges for court cost and solicitors' cost I called the same day and tried to resolve still not accepting telling me they sent a text with the bill autstaning.

Well Done Howdens Mitcham, I’m a DIYer, and after listening to my previous customers when I worked for a white goods service company, almost every builder or customer I spoke to mentioned Howdens for kitchens, so I applied for a cash account, had my kitchen measured and surveyed, selected the kitchen I wanted. Howdens we’re true to their word, from start to finish, the delivery was just as good. Fitted the kitchen, everything went like a dream according to the plans that were drawn up for me.
