Wouldn't even qualify for 1 star Newcastle branch 1 yr ago supplied my mums kitchen the doors all have marks even when clean it from November I've been chasing them to do something about it and then today a fitter has come to replace the doors some are damaged some are missing 1 yr on and my mum spent alot of money and hasn't been able to enjoy a new kitchen after waiting 20 yrs to get them done.

Simply excellent from start to finish.

From Dave who opened the account for us to the guys in the warehouse the service has been excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful everyone of them. The quality of the doors was better than expected such good value for money. Brilliant staff and brilliant products.

I ordered my first kitchen from Newcastle Scotswood branch. From the start the staff made it so easy Andy in design through to the delivery team. I required a few extras and the branch at customer service desk were very helpful.

Would have liked a call to make sure all OK so easy to work with lovely…

They were so easy to work with lovely kitchen love it , but had a couple of little issues spoke to them about it and they said to contact fitter which I found odd No after service at all once you have you kitchen that's it . But would defo use again , unlike other kitchen suppliers they don't hound you for you money up front . But would have liked a call to ask if everything was OK.
