Purchased LV flooring for a bathroom. Item was available to collect from my local store. Flooring has now been laid and looks very sophisticated.

It wasn't instantaneous, it was much quicker than that.

I've been on the cusp of having a new bathroom fitted for years. If it wasn't covid, or trying to find a suitable fitter at the right money. From the start I was keen to use Howdens - with other parties extolling the quality and price. I had a drawing, but measurements had changed, so I popped into the Rugeley branch and was directed to Grace. What a star, she invited me to sit down with her, bought up the existing drawing and within 10 minutes had made all the alterations necessary, gave me some guidance on plinths and sent me away with a sheaf of revised drawings (which the wife was thrilled with). The following day, I contacted the store to speak with Grace, she was busy. She phoned back 5 minutes later, and after a brief discussion, she sent me an email with a breakdown of prices and estimate. I've since popped down to Howdens, paid the invoice and organised delivery for next week. Wonderful service, friendly people in the office and at the counter (Grant) and the best price around. What's not to like?
