The established staff are very good.

The established staff are very good. The stupid accounts people who make silly rules who do not understand how business works need educating. My account has brought you 4 or 5 kitchens a year for a long time. Yet it was closed and has to be especially opened for this one. Why? What bean counter thought of that idiotic rule? If you don’t want my business I can be made welcome many other places!

picked up some worktop and odd kitchen bits. all orderd and there ready to collect except they couldn't find a door, so I came away. within half an hour they found it and sent it out in a van straight away. full of apologies, brilliant service!!!!!
