Had great service from start to finish. Kevin listened & helped design our kitchen how we wanted it and Keeley followed up our enquiry & helped with the finishing touches. We are very happy with our kitchen and the service from the whole team at Howdens Swanley. Keeley made it a stressfree experience.

Best customer service I have ever received

Brilliant service!

Brilliant service! Have used Howdens for years but through my contractors account, Simon explained all the perks of opening my own account, plus all the bonuses of signing up there and then, he did all the paperwork for me, only took 5 minutes, and I walk out with a new account, the parts I needed, and a case of beer, can’t get much better than that!

Unhappy with after sales service.

Unhappy with after sales service. Via my builder we purchased a £6/700 built in Neff Microwave Oven. This has failed twice within 3 years for the same fault despite being only modestly used. Neff referred me to Howdens under the Consumer Rights Act if I wished to dispute this being a chargeable fault as outside the standard 2 year's manufacturers warranty. Whilst Neff have been poor on this I have had to chase Howdens by email on numerous occasions as no response to my contact attempts & escalated to 'Head Office' to get any contact / traction on this. Howdens continue to obfuscate on the acceptability of this product failure & the recourse available. I'm left feeling Howdens were quick to take my money but less concerned with ensuring my continued satisfaction.
