The best outlet in Yorkshire

I have had the pleasure to deal with Swinton Rotherham branch which way out stripes other Yorkshire branches for Customer service. I had a plan drawn up by Nathan and Matt which after several alterations made by them and my kitchen fitter Dave Hancock from Out on the tiles. Throughout the purchase and assembly of my kitchen Matt and Kieran were all proactive in getting me my kitchen of my dreams. Matt the manager is an asset to Howdens for looking after customers needs. I would like to thank Matt ,Kieran and my fitter Dave for everything .

Howdens Swinton (Mexborough)

Fantastic service from Day 1! Matt and his team showed great flexibility & support in choosing and designing our kitchen, even though we changed our needs several times! Delivery and after care service were brilliant and we couldn't have asked for more - even visited us up during the fitting process to ensure we were happy. The kitchen was really brought to life by our fitter - Dave Hancock - who sprinkled his magic and turned it into the dream we always wanted. I couldn't give either Matt or Dave any higher praise - it has been an absolute pleasure & highly recommend anyone who is wanting a new kitchen to make Howdens (Swinton S Yorks) their first port of call. You won't want to go anywhere else! Make sure you give Dave a call as well!

Bought a kitchen one year ago

Bought a kitchen one year ago, had a problem with one of the fridges. This resulted in damage to one of the cabinets. The team at Howdens Swinton have been absolutely amazing and both have been replaced in a timely manner. I can't recommend or thank them enough.

Without fail.. Excellent!

Without fail, always fantastic, professional and efficient service (from all departments) at Howdens Swinton. Special thanks to Matthew, Nathan, Keiran and Paul for always accommodating us with our requirements and late changes. It never seems to be a bother for them and are always fulfilled with a smile and support. We can't believe this is already our fifth kitchen from Howdens. It just gets better and better every time... Howdens are my kitchen of choice Not only is the quality very good for me it’s the staff an the swinton mexbrough branch Kieron and graham on the counter you can have a giggle 🤭 with them Matt Paul and Nathan first class service Even the warehouse lads Luke and Dan No matter how busy they are nothing is too much trouble Can’t praise this branch enough

Design & Supply of Kitchen and Utility

Where to begin? We have recently had a kitchen and utility room installed that was designed and supplied by Howdens at Swinton in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. It is difficult to put into words the exceptional quality of the product and the professionalism of this team. We are over the moon with our paint to order Elmbridge kitchen in 'Linen' and our Island unit in 'Fir Green'.  First of all, thank you to Nathan for designing the kitchen of our dreams, which wasn't easy working round our requirements and the structural steelwork that was installed during the building of the extension. We really appreciated your guidance and patience. During the numerous meetings and telephone calls you had a way of bringing a calming influence on a stressful situation. Also, a big big thank you to Matt for your support and advice throughout the entire process and especially for helping us bring everything in on budget and for when the building work was delayed by holding off the delivery of everything and re organising it. Thank you to the whole team for an exceptional delivery service and for swiftly sorting out a couple of minor niggles for us. Building the extension has been a stressful time but sorting out the kitchen went like clockwork, thanks to Howdens at Swinton. During this process we've also had cause to meet and deal with staff at the counter and in the warehouse and on every occasion they have been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.  It's a very competitive market and on commencing this journey, we compared other companies but found that Howdens were streets ahead particularly with their after sales service. This is priceless. We would whole heartedly recommend the team at Swinton and we will continue to use their services. They are an absolute credit to the company and when awarding stars we would give them eleven out of ten if we could.

Shop staff friendly and efficient
