Simply that the chap designing our kitchen was faultless in his enthusiasm and expertise, thank you Lewis G, of Tiverton branch. Since then our delivery was late and half missing with the rest expected in two weeks, not ideal. But that does not take away from the overall experience.

NEW KITCHEN IN SMALL AREA

THE DESIGNER ATTENDED THE NEXT DAY FOLLOWING MY ENQUIRY. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFULL & IMAGINITIVE. HE WAS EVEN ABLE TO RECOMMEND A FITTER. ALL THE MATERIALS THAT WERE ORDERED WERE OF A VERY GOOD QUALITY, INCLUDING THE LAMONA COOKER AND HOB. I HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE OF LAMONA PRODUCTS IN THE PAST, ALL OF WHICH HAVE A 3 YEAR GUARANTEE & HOWDENS PROVIDE AN EXTREMELY GOOD BACK UP SHOULD ANYTHING GO WRONG WHICH IS SELDOM BECAUSE LAMONA IS AN EXTREMELY GOOD PRODUCT AND SPORTS A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. OVER ALL I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THAT HOWDENS PROVIDES
