First time using Howdens for one of our projects. Staff in reception always so helpful and friendly. The product itself was good quality, arrived on time and they helped load into my car. Will definitely use them again

We installed a Howdens kitchen and…

We installed a Howdens kitchen and unfortunately the professional using their equipment was not professional AT ALL for starters. Despite the difficulties we managed to install the kitchen successfully! Now their tap stoped working because of the Calcium collected in the mechanism and I asked for technical advice and they told me that IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM ! Despite the fact that they recognise that the device is faulty. Customer service after sales.

Howdens make superb kitchens

Howdens make superb kitchens. I opened an account at the Tunbridge Wells branch. I was so pleased with the way things were set up quickly so that my first order could be placed that I invited them to do a survey for my personal kitchen. Glenn Moore visited on Friday and delivered his design exactly when he said he would. Absolutely delighted with the design. Glenn did a brilliant job and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Glenn, great job!

Excellent from start to finish

Excellent from start to finish. Adam Hogg the instore designer came to our house and immediately took onboard what we wanted to achieve. He designed the perfect layout and gave us sound advice on appliances. We have now got a beautiful Chilcomb Sage Green Shaker style kitchen with fabulous Neff appliances. Installation went very smoothly and we only needed to swap a few items such as end panels and order a bit of extra cornice, the staff at Tunbridge Wells were very helpful and even swapped a door that had a slight bit of damage free of charge without quibble. Thanks Howdens!

Great Howdens experience.

We have installed a new Kitchen from Howdens Tunbridge wells. The service we have recieved has been exceptional from start to finish Maxine ( The best Kitchen designer in the South East) created a superb design which made really good use of all the spaces with inovative ideas we had never considered. The Kitchen was supplied in a very short time . We have had a couple of issues with items we could not find and these have been delivered to our house the next day without question. The worktops were templated and installed in the space of a week . The 2 chaps who installed the worktop were very neat ,tidy and totally professional. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a new Kitchen and require a great design, high quality Units all with a 1st class service, that you visit Howdens Tunbridge Wells. Mike . Rye.
