Products good and friendly staff, BUT …. very expensive delivery !

Products ares good and staff is friendly. I forgot to check delivery cost and was charged, the new manager contacted me and very kindly fully refunded me. This is more than fair. I cannot fault the customer service at this branch.

Really friendly and well informed staff, excellent planning service and prompt delivery, aftercare was excellent and changes and substitutions were very well managed, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely use again, highly recommended. Connor the kitchen planner was a real ambassador for the company and always went the extra mile.

Used this branch for a kitchen fit in my new home back in October/November time. Jack designed my kitchen and organised the joiner for me. Literally can’t say enough about the service, it’s my first time purchasing a new kitchen and everything went perfect. Threw around ideas for me and any little snags were sorted instantly and compensated generously. Recommend him and this branch to everyone who asks and had nothing but compliments about my kitchen. Everything was amazing.
