Door Lining Door Linings
To prevent sticking and jamming when opening and closing a door, door linings make up the inner structure of an entranceway and are used to hide any rough edges, plasterboard or brickwork to give a neat finish. There are two main types to choose from, one with a pre-cut groove for standard-size entrances, and one without to allow for a bespoke fit. Both come in an option of materials and thicknesses, with timber stops provided loose. Fire-rated versions are also available to make a property safer in the event of a fire. All styles can be painted, stained, or varnished to match the adjoining rooms, or they can be turned into a feature in their own right by finishing in a statement colour.
