he Promoter

1. The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive,

Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”).

Promotion Period

2. The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 10th August 2026 and close at 23:59

(GMT) on the 15th November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

Eligibility

3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be an individual lawfully resident

(aged 18+) within the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and

Channel Islands) ("Participant"). Businesses and organisations of any type

are specifically excluded as ineligible for the Promotion.

4. Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion

or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff

at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received

a staff discount on the Promotion Product.

5. Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product

(defined

below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not

participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as Participants.

6. Participants will not be eligible to claim the Reward if the Promotion Product has been

used to claim cashback or a physical gift reward under any other promotion run by the

Promoter.

Offer

7. Samsung is offering a promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby Participants will be eligible

to claim cashback ‘stacked’ rewards as shown in Condition 9 below (the “Reward”) by

redemption when they purchase three (3) or more qualifying new selected (i.e. not

second hand, refurbished or exdisplay) Samsung appliance products listed in Table 1

(each, a “Promotion Product”) from the same retailer among the retailers shown at the

following link: https://samsungoffers.claims/kitchencashback3 (“Participating

Retailers”) within the Promotion Period,

subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion

Terms”). Promotion Products must be purchased together as a bundle in a single

transaction from the same Participating Retailer to qualify for the stacked Rewards.

10. Rewards shall be paid by bank transfer and Participants must have a valid bank account

in GBP (with details exactly matching their personal information on the Claim form) in

order to receive the Reward.

11. Purchases must be made from a Participating Retailer to qualify for this offer. Purchases

from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites

(e.g. Amazon Marketplace) and non-Samsung approved resellers (non-direct accounts)

are specifically excluded from this Promotion.

12. Participants must register for or login to a Samsung Account when they submit their Claim

for Rewards.

Claims

13. After purchasing three (3) or more Promotion Products from the same Participating

Retailer in a single transaction during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit

https://samsungoffers.claims/kitchencashback3 and complete the presented Claim form

with their name, contact information, email and postal address, and bank account details

along with any other requested information and submit it together with scanned copies

of their proofs of purchase showing their purchase of the Promotion Products (a “Claim”).

Participants will be required to upload an image of the serial numbers from the settings

screen of the Promotion Products (rather than the packaging). For the avoidance of doubt

the Promotion Products must all be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this

Promotion; any Promotion Product received for free or as part of a giveaway will not

qualify.

14. Claims may only be submitted within between thirty (30) and one hundred eighty (180)

days after the Participant’s purchase of the relevant Promotion Products (the “Claim

Period”). This means the final Claim date for Promotion Products purchased on the 15th

November 2026 as the end date of the Promotion Period is no later than 23:59 (BST) on

the 14th May 2027.

15. Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of seven (7) selected Promotion Products

bundled in the same purchase for a Claim, and a maximum of one (1) Claim per residential

household.

16. Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the

Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in

accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven

(7) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim

Validation”).

17. If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility

to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at

kitchencashback3@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 0333 070 7749 within seven (7)

days of a Claim being submitted.

18. If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified

via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within

seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then

the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive

the Reward.

19. Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is

accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any

communication or transmission of Claims.

20. The Reward will be sent via bank transfer within thirty (30) days of Claim Validation to the

bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process.

21. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it

considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.

22. The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is

reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without

limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity,

age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to

fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be

unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.

23. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of any Promotion Product before submitting

a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim including that Promotion Product. If a

Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim

in which it was included, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the

Claim immediately by calling the contact number in Condition 17 above. The Promoter

reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has

been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides

consent to the Promoter to do so.

Privacy and Data Protection

24. The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be

limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process.

The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and

confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at:

www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such

use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process

outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

25. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided

by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for

any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.

General

26. The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force

majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

27. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant

legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.

28. The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due

to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late,

lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications

related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events

beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any

materials associated with the Promotion.

29. Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant

costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included.

30. By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by

applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability

whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or

in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance,

receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall

not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or

personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.

31. The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

NEFF Cashback Promotion – Howdens

Terms and Conditions - Consumer

28.08.2026 – 30.11.2026

1. The Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £1100 Cashback (“the Gift”) to purchasers if they purchase NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed below. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets). For the avoidance of doubt, all appliances must be NEFF and must be fully installed to be able to complete the claim.

   £250 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.

   £400 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.

   £550 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.

   £750 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 6 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.

   £1,100 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 7 qualifying NEFF built-in kitchen appliances including an oven.

   Plus, an additional £600 cashback will be awarded with the purchase of a NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood (as detailed in table B below) as part of this Promotion.

2. To qualify as a kitchen purchase for this cashback Promotion, a minimum of five kitchen cabinets must be included within the purchase.
3. The kitchen furniture and appliances must be purchased from the same retailer as part of a kitchen design (participating retailers only).
4. This Promotion applies to purchases between 28^th August 2026 and 30^th November 2026 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 31^st May 2027. A copy of the original purchase receipts must be provided as part of the claim process and include proof of payment, containing proof of the original deposit payment made within the promotional period plus proof of payment in full or proof of a finance agreement in place. Acceptable documentation includes deposit payment receipts, contract or schedule which confirms all of the qualifying criteria has been met. For avoidance of doubt, order confirmation summaries and delivery receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
5. Delivery of certain NEFF Qualifying Products may take longer than usual. Cashback claims may only be submitted following delivery of the Qualifying Products and satisfaction of all eligibility requirements. Where delivery is delayed, the submission, validation and payment of cashback may also be delayed accordingly.
6. The promoter will accept no responsibility for delayed projects or installations, all claims must be made by 31^st May 2027 and no claims can be submitted thereafter.
7. This is a consumer only Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, retailers will not be able to claim the Gift on behalf of the consumer.
8. The Gift will be in the form of BACS Transfer.
9. In order to qualify for the Cashback of £250, a minimum of THREE qualifying NEFF built-in appliances including an oven must be purchased. Each cashback claim must include a NEFF oven (Table A below) plus any other current large built-in domestic appliances from these categories; hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry, refrigeration. All appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase and from the same retailer that the kitchen furniture has been purchased from (must be from a participating retailer only). Freestanding appliances and accessories (including warming drawers) are not included.A list of qualifying appliances from all categories can be found on the claim site at https://mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/NEFF
10. If a NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood (Table B below) is purchased as ONE of the qualifying NEFF appliances* then an additional £600 will be awarded. The total cashback value that can be awarded for SEVEN qualifying NEFF appliances, including a NEFF oven and NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood is £1,700.
11. If multiple Venting Hobs or Glass Draft Hoods (Table B below) are purchased as TWO or more of the qualifying NEFF appliances* then £600 will be awarded per Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood.
12. Purchases of ex-display, graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.
13. Each consumer is permitted to submit a single claim, which must pertain to one household only. No consumer shall be entitled to submit more than one claim in total. Claims that fail to comply with this condition shall be deemed invalid and may not be processed. Please note that employees and relatives of the Promotor, participating retailers or traders are prohibited from participating in this promotion. Traders and participating retailers themselves are also prohibited from participating in this promotion.
14. Claimants cannot claim in conjunction with another offer.
15. How to Claim
    1. In order to claim the Gift, Claimants must fully complete the online claim form at https://mykitchen-rewards.co.uk/NEFF including the E-nr and FD numbers of each appliance, a photograph of the appliances in situ, the original Howdens Account Payment Receipt and Howdens Account Invoice showing date of purchase, which also itemizes the appliances and furniture purchased and includes the original deposit payment, proof of payment in full or proof of a finance agreement in place. We may also require confirmation from the contractor / builder that any appliances were purchased on behalf of the Claimant.
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, all appliances must be installed within the kitchen to be able to acquire E-nr and FD numbers and provide a photograph of the appliances in situ. Where unable to access the E-nr and FD numbers on hobs or cooker hoods only, photographs in situ will be accepted.
    3. The evidence of purchase must include the same name as that of the Claimant.No payments will be made where the Claimant’s name does not match the name on the evidence document.
    4. The evidence of purchase must be from a participating retailer.
    5. Claims must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the 31^st May 2027 and the Promotor will not accept any claims received subsequently.

16. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details, and the bank account must be in the same name as the Claimant. No payments will be made to a bank account where the Claimant’s full name does not match the bank account name. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimants submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility, and these funds will not be retrieved.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
18. Claimants should allow up to 28 days for confirmation of claim approval from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt. Claimants should allow 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
19. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants.
20. By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
21. In the unlikely event that a Claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
23. 2. By entering the Howdens Cheshire Mouldings Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions. 

3. The Prize Draw is open to Howdens customers, permanent legal residents in United Kingdom (of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) aged 18 years or over, who meet with the entry mechanic described below, between 14/06/2026 and 11/07/2026. 21. The Promoter reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw). 

22. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by: 

a. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Prize Draw; 

b. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize; 

c. any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize; or

23. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to Howdens’ weekly “review and win” promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood:

1. Promoter: Howden Joinery Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 00526923) with its registered office address at 105 Wigmore Street London W1U 1QY (“Howdens”).

 

2. Eligibility:
   • 2.1 The Promotion is only open to residents located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding those listed in Sections 2.2-2.4 below (“Eligible Entrant”). For the avoidance of doubt, residents in Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Promotion.
   • 2.2 The Promotion is not open to any Howdens’ trade account that is held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association, regardless of whether or not they make a Qualifying Review (see Section 4 below). Trade accounts held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association are not Eligible Entrants.
   • 2.3 Employees, staff and other individuals who represent a Howdens trade account holder (“Representatives”) are not Eligible Entrants. Where a Representative enters the Promotion by submitting a Qualifying Review (see Section 4 below), they do so on behalf of the person or entity registered as the Howdens trade account holder. Representatives must be at least 18 years old and authorised by the relevant Howdens trade account holder to submit a Qualifying Review and enter the Promotion on behalf of the Howdens trade account holder.
   • 2.4 Employees (or family members of employees) of Howdens and any of its group companies, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.
   • 2.5 An Eligible Entrant will be excluded from the Promotion if, following the end of the Entry Period, an account holder’s trade account payments are not up to date and they have been contacted (whether by phone or in writing) by Howdens’ Litigation team about an overdue balance on their account.
   • 2.6 Howdens reserves the right to require any entrant to provide proof of eligibility at any time.

 

3. Entry period:
   • 3.1 There will be weekly prize draws for this Promotion. Each weekly prize draw opens for entry on Sunday at 00:00:01 and closes the following Saturday at 23:59:59 (each an “Entry Period”).
   • 3.2 Howdens may end this Promotion at any time by posting a notice on its website at howdens.com. Termination of the Promotion will take effect on the completion of the two (2) prize draws immediately following the date of the notice (except where termination is required by law, in which case termination will be effective immediately).

 

 

4. How to enter:
   • 4.1 Subject to Section 4.2, to enter a weekly prize draw, entrants must do the following:

     1. click on the link in the product review email sent to your email account;
     2. you will be directed to a landing site where you can leave your product review;
     3. Submit a review that complies fully with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.

     Howdens trade customers and their customers can

     1. Locate the product to be reviewed on the Howdens website and click to review the product;
     2. submit a review that complies fully with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.

     Please note, you may need to verify your device before a review is submitted (for example if it’s the first time you’ve left a review), in which case you must click on the link emailed to you in order for your review to be submitted.

   • 4.2 If the review passes moderation and is published on the Howdens website, the review will qualify for entry into a prize draw (“Qualifying Review”). For the avoidance of doubt, only published reviews will count as Qualifying Reviews and generate an entry into a prize draw. The entry is only valid for one prize draw and there is no rollover of entries.
   • 4.3 Both positive and negative reviews can be Qualifying Reviews provided they comply with the Website and App Terms and Conditions. Submitting a positive review does not increase the chances of winning. Howdens reserves the right to moderate reviews and to refuse to accept a review for entry if it fails to comply with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.
   • 4.4 Entrants may submit more than one Qualifying Review during an Entry Period. Each individual Qualifying Review submitted will earn a separate entry into the relevant prize draw. Please note that a review will only become a Qualifying Review once it is published and it is possible that a review posted during one Entry Period may not be published on the website until the following Entry Period due to possible delays between the initial submission of the review and completion of any moderation process. In these circumstances, the relevant Qualifying Review will be entered into the next available draw.
   • 4.5 Any person who submits a Qualifying Review is automatically entered into the Promotion. If you submit a review but do not wish to be entered into the Promotion, you can opt out by contacting Howdens using the contact details at the end of these Rules.

    

5. Prize: There is one (1) Amazon gift card with a value of £50 (fifty pounds) to be won in each weekly prize draw (“Prize”).

 

 

6. Prize conditions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Howdens considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Howdens’ control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Howdens’ discretion. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon’s gift card terms and conditions. The winner should ensure they are aware of any applicable terms and conditions, including the relevant expiry dates. Howdens is not responsible for the winner’s failure to use the gift card prior to expiry and no replacement gift card will be issued in these circumstances.

 

 

7. Winner selection: The winner of each weekly prize draw will be selected within ten calendar days following the end of each Entry Period. The winner will be drawn at random from all Qualifying Reviews during that Entry Period.

 

 

8. Winner notification: The winner will receive a notification email, if you are a trade customer - to the email address registered to the relevant trade account, or if you are an end user - to the verified email address provided by you when you leave a review within ten calendar days of the relevant draw.

 

 

9. Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winner electronically, if you are a trade customer - to the email address registered to the winner’s trade account, or if you are an end user - to the verified email address provided by you when you leave a review within ten calendar days of the date of the winner’s notification. It is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email (including spam/junk folder) for receipt of the email.

 

 

10. Liability: 1. Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Howdens will not be liable for: (i) any loss or damage caused by someone other than Howdens or someone who is not acting under Howdens’ direct instructions or in accordance with Howdens’ instructions; (ii) any loss or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Howdens’ reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; (iv) any unavailability of Howdens’ websites, apps or social media accounts; or (v) any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Promotion; or (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a Prize.

13. Cancellation and variation: Howdens reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Howdens’ reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

 

 

14. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Howdens, Howdens reserves the right at any time to disqualify entries or entrants that Howdens regards as being in breach of these Rules, our Website and App Terms and Conditions, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions referred to in these Rules or the spirit of the Promotion.

15. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Howdens reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this Section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.

 

 

16. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Howdens shall be entitled (but not obliged) to and authorise third parties to announce the winners: name, purchased product information, content from the product review and any accompanying details and a link to the full product review/product and any other relevant information submitted by the winner on Howdens’ websites, authorised third party websites and social media. 20. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Howdens’ failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

 

 

21. Disputes: Subject to Section 22, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Howdens’ decisions are final. If there is a conflict between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

 

 

22. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that: (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.

    Choosing the winning entries

     

11. An independent computer generator will choose 1 (one) winning entry at random from all eligible entries received within the Prize Draw Period within 5 working days after the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
12. The decision of the random generator will be final.
13. The Promoter will notify the winner within 7 calendar days of the draw, by:
    1. contacting them via direct message on Instagram.
14. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their direct messages and email address (including spam/junk mail) for receipt of the notification.
15. The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the notification with their name, contact number, email address, delivery address and preferred date of delivery (if required) and must cooperate with the Promoter as reasonably required by the Promoter to effect delivery of the prize.
16. If the winner fails to respond with the required information or to provide the required cooperation within the stated timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion. These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the InstallerSHOW Trade Account prize draw promotion (“Prize Draw”). Entry into the Prize Draw is subject to these Rules and the Howdens Privacy Notice at www.howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/. About the Prize Draw

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Howden Joinery Limited of 105 Wigmore Street, London, England, W1U 1QY (“Promoter”). 
2. The Prize Draw is available only at the InstallerSHOW event, Birmingham (“InstallerSHOW”) and opens for entry at 10:00am on Tuesday 23^rd June 2026 and closes at 3:59pm on Thursday 25^th June 2026 (“Prize Draw Entry Period”).

Eligible Entrants and Exclusions

3. The Prize Draw is open to any ticketholder of the InstallerSHOW who opens a new Howdens trade account with a Howdens Representative at the InstallerSHOW and meets the criteria and exclusions of Rules 4-7 below.
4. Eligible Entrants must be trade professionals, aged 18+ and located in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only, excluding those listed in Rules 5-7 below (“Eligible Entrant”). Entering the Prize Draw

12. Eligible Entrants will automatically receive an entry into the Prize Draw when they complete an account application form with a Howdens Representative at the InstallerSHOW.
13. Eligible Entrants will be entered into the Prize Draw a maximum of once and there is no opportunity for multiple entries. 
14. An entry in the Prize Draw will be invalidated if the information provided by the individual on the account sign up form is inaccurate or the individual does not meet the criteria to open a Howdens trade account.

Winning Prize

15. Three (3) Prize winners will be selected at random using an independent computer generator from all eligible entries.  All eligible entries earned from account application made no later than 3:59 pm on the last day of the Prize Draw Entry Period will be entered into the draw for the Prize. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the end of the Prize Draw Entry Period. 
16. The Prize winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the relevant draw date using the contact details registered against their Howdens trade account. Notification will be sent to the person named as the account holder.
17. Return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners but the winner is solely responsible for checking their voicemail and email (including spam and junk folders) for a notification. 
18. To claim a Prize, the winner must provide the information requested in the winner’s notification within 7 days of the date of the notification. The winner must provide [the location of the Howdens depot they wish to collect their prize from. Claims for the Prize must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the notification. Failure to claim a Prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
19. The Prize shall be made available for collection at the winner’s local Howdens depot within thirty (30) days of Howdens’ receipt of the winner’s valid prize claim and the winner (or its authorised representative) must attend to collect the Prize in person. The time for collection of the Prize will be agreed between the winner and the Promoter. If the Prize is to be collected by an authorised representative of the winner, the winner must provide the name of the relevant authorised representative at the time of claiming the Prize and the authorised representative must provide proof of identity when collecting the Prize.
20. The Prize must be collected within 90 days of the date the Prize is validly claimed in accordance with Rule 18. Failure to collect a Prize within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

21. 11. Once the relevant High Score has been set, Eligible Entrants shall throw six (6) darts. To enter the Prize Draw, the total value of the Eligible Entrant’s darts must either beat or match the relevant High Score.
12. There is no limit to how many times an Eligible Entrant can enter the Prize Draw.
13. This Prize Draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
14. In entering the Prize Draw, the Eligible Entrant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize they may win. There will be three (3) eligible Prize winners during the Prize Draw Entry Period, one (1) Prize winner per day.
17. The Prize winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on the relevant day of the Prize Draw using the contact details outlined in Rule 15.
18. Return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners but the winner is solely responsible for checking their voicemail and email (including spam and junk folders) for a notification.
19. To claim a Prize, if the winner is present at the InstallerSHOW at the time of receiving the winner’s notification, the Prize shall be collected by the winner at the Howdens stall at the InstallerSHOW.
20. If the winner is not present at the InstallerSHOW at the time of receiving the winner’s notification, the winner must provide the information requested in the winner’s notification within seven (7) days of the date of the notification. The winner must provide their delivery address to arrange delivery of the Prize. Claims for the Prize must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the notification. Failure to claim a Prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
21. The prize will be delivered to the winner at the delivery address nominated by them at the time of making their prize claim. The prize will be delivered within thirty (30) days of Howdens’ receipt of the winner’s valid prize claim.

22. The Promoter respects your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom version of EU GDPR which is part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you are a winner, arranging delivery of the Prize. 23. The winner may also be required to take part in reasonable further post Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter, which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by the Promoter (or third parties on behalf of the Promoter) for publicity purposes and you agree to take part in any such publicity. For example, when collecting a Prize, the winner may be asked to pose for photographs with a representative of the Promoter when being presented with their Prize. After the winners have been notified of their winning entry and accepted the Prize, their names and entries, and photos/videos featuring them, may be displayed by the Promoter in social media posts and other print and digital marketing and promotional materials, which will be globally accessible, in perpetuity.
24. By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a Prize, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at DL_Brand@howdens.com. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. General

25. Subject to Rule 30, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
26. No responsibility will be accepted for incorrect, late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information or technical fault of any kind.

Nothing in these Rules shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. 31. If any of these Rules are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
32. The Prize Draw and these Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw and/or these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts, and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.

Choosing the winning entries

11. An independent computer generator will choose 1 (one) winning entry at random from all eligible entries received within the Prize Draw Period within 5 working days after the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
12. The decision of the random generator will be final.
13. The Promoter will notify the winner within 7 calendar days of the draw, by:

Intellectual Property Rights

23. We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom version of EU GDPR which is part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you submitted a winning entry, announcing you as the winner on our websites and social media channels and arranging and delivering the prize. 24. Entrants acknowledge that after the winner notification has been made and the prize has been accepted, the Promoter reserves the right to announce the name of the winner and their winning entry on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
25. The winner may also be required to take part in reasonable further post Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter, which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by the Promoter (or third parties on behalf of the Promoter) for publicity purposes (“Post-Prize Draw Publicity”) and agree to the use of their personal data for such purposes.

Intellectual Property Rights

26. By entering the Prize Draw generally; and, in the event of a win; and, any involvement in any Post-Prize Draw Publicity, all entrants grant to Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use (and to grant a sub-license to Promoter’s group companies and other third parties to use) their entry: for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and prize fulfilment; and use their entry and any materials produced as part of Post-Prize Draw Publicity: for internal business purposes, for publicity purposes connected with the Prize Draw and for general advertising, marketing and PR purposes. This licence includes (without limitation) the right to edit, modify and adapt the entry, to incorporate the entry and any Post-Prize Draw Publicity materials into or combine it with other materials, and to publish the entry and any other Post-Prize Draw Publicity materials in any online and offline media, including but not limited to on Promoter’s websites, social media, other digital marketing platforms we use and any third party print and digital marketing and promotional materials.
27. You acknowledge that by entering the Prize Draw, you waive all rights to review, approve or receive notice of our use of the content and agree to waive all and not to assert any moral rights (e.g. the right to be attributed as an author) or similar rights in such content.

General

28. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.
30. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
31. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information or technical fault of any kind.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner, and to refuse entry or refuse the giving of any prize if the Promoter reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of these terms and conditions.

34. By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a prize, their surname and county of residence and winning entry (if applicable) may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at dl_brand@howdens.com. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where, for example, the Promoter is required to demonstrate that a valid award took place. To request disclosure of the winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request by email to dl_brand@howdens.com no later than 30 days following the end of the Prize Draw Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all prizes have been validly claimed.
35. The Promoter reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw).
36. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:
    1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Prize Draw;
    2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;
    3. any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize; or
    4. any other events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the prize in transit thereto.
37. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
38. This Prize Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Prize Draw (including the prize(s)) and/or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts, and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.
39. This Prize Draw is in no way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any social media channel or any third party. By entering, you acknowledge that any social media channel or any third party does not bear any responsibility for this Prize Draw and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release any social media channel and any third party from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Prize Draw. All information you provide when you enter the Prize Draw is provided to the Promoter and not to any social media channel or third party.You must also comply fully with the terms and policies of all social media channels when participating in this Prize Draw.

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to the Win a Van prize draw promotion (“Prize Draw”). Entry into the Prize Draw is subject to these Rules and the Howdens Privacy Notice at www.howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/. In particular, please see the eligibility requirements and exclusions in Rules 4-8, and the limitations of liability in Rule 35.

About the Prize Draw

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Howden Joinery Limited of 105 Wigmore Street, London, England, W1U 1QY (“Promoter”). 
2. The Prize Draw opens for entry at 7:00 am on Monday 7 September 2026 and closes at 4:59 pm on Saturday 31 October 2026 (“Prize Draw Entry Period”).
3. A Qualifying Purchase made before 5 September 2026 (“Early Bird Entry Period”) shall be eligible for Early Bird Entries to the Prize Draw, only if one or more further Qualifying Purchase is made during the Prize Draw Entry Period (see Rule 17).

Eligible Entrants and Exclusions

4. The Prize Draw is only open to current Howdens trade account holders registered and located in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland only, excluding those listed in Rules 4-7 below (“Eligible Entrant”). For the avoidance of doubt, trade account holders in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Republic of Ireland are excluded from the Prize Draw. 
5. The Prize Draw is not open to any Howdens’ trade account that is held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association, regardless of whether or not they make a Qualifying Purchase and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods (if applicable). Trade accounts held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association are not Eligible Entrants.
6. Employees, staff and other individuals who represent a Howdens trade account holder (“Representatives”) are not Eligible Entrants. Where a Representative enters the Prize Draw by making a Qualifying Purchase and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods (if applicable)  (see Rule 12 below), they do so on behalf of the person or entity registered as the Howdens trade account holder. The Prize

9. The prize to be won is as follows (“Prize”):

   2. a minimum of 12 months’ Vehicle Road Tax (up to £500); and
   3. £500.00 towards vehicle insurance (which must be arranged by the winner); and
   4. 302 x DeWalt products worth £7,835.09 (please see Schedule 1 for the list of DeWalt products); and

The Prize is to be drawn at the time specified in Rule 18. There is only 1 Prize that will be awarded.

10. Unless otherwise stated in these terms, all taxes, insurances and/or other expenses incurred in connection with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.

Entering the Prize Draw

13. Eligible Entrants will automatically receive an entry into the Prize Draw when they complete a single transaction with the Promoter during the Prize Draw Entry Period that meets the following criteria (“Qualifying Purchase”):
    1. the transaction includes the purchase of a minimum of 4 (four) or more kitchen cabinets (“Qualifying Goods”) (for the avoidance of doubt, for the minimum purchase, appliances, taps, sinks, etc. will not count, only kitchen cabinets contribute to the Qualifying Goods); and
    2. the transaction is for delivery or collection from a Howdens depot in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
14. Eligible Entrants will automatically receive a bonus of 3 (three) entries into the Prize Draw when the Qualifying Purchase includes the purchase of any Lamona appliance (“Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods”).
15. The Qualifying Goods and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods need to be purchased in the same single transaction.
16. There is no limit on the number of entries in the Prize Draw that can be earned by an Eligible Entrant and it is possible to earn multiple entries into the Prize Draw in a single transaction.

By way of example:

1. if an Eligible Entrant purchases only 4 (four) kitchen cabinets in a single transaction, this would equate to 1 (one) entry in the Prize Draw; 
2. if an Eligible Entrant purchases 4 (four) kitchen cabinets and a Bonus Entry Qualifying Good in a single transaction, this would equate to 4 (four) entries in the Prize Draw; 
3. if an Eligible Entrant purchases 4 (four) kitchen cabinets and 3 Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods in a single transaction, this would equate to 10 (ten) entries in the Prize Draw.  

Early Bird Entry

18. Eligible Entrants will automatically receive additional entries for any Qualifying Purchase/s made during the Early Bird Entry Period, ONLY if one or more further Qualifying Purchase/s made during the Prize Draw Entry Period.
19. For the avoidance of doubt, if an Eligible Entrant makes a Qualifying Purchase during the Early Bird Entry Period but does not make a Qualifying Purchase during the Prize Draw Entry Period, they will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
20. Subject to satisfying the requirements at Rules 17 and 18, the number of entries an Eligible Entrant receives during the Early Bird Entry Period, shall be added to its entries received during the Prize Draw Entry Period. This number of entries shall then be doubled, which shall be the total number of Early Bird Entries into the Prize Draw.

Example:

1. if an Eligible Entrant purchases only 4 (four) kitchen cabinets in a single transaction during the Early Bird Entry Period, and purchases only 4 (four) kitchen cabinets in a single transaction during the Prize Draw Entry Period, this would equate to 4 (four) entries in the Prize Draw; 
   1. (1 (one) entry + 1 (one) entry) x 2 = 4 entries in the Prize Draw.

2. if an Eligible Entrant purchases only 4 (four) kitchen cabinets in a single transaction during the Early Bird Entry Period, and purchases 4 (four) kitchen cabinets and 1 (one) Bonus Entry Qualifying Good in a single transaction during the Prize Draw Entry Period (or vice versa), this would equate to 10 (ten) entries in the Prize Draw;
   1. (1 (one) entry + 4 (four) entries) x 2 = 10 entries in the Prize Draw.

3. if an Eligible Entrant purchases 4 (four) kitchen cabinets and one (1) Bonus Entry Qualifying Good in a single transaction during the Early Bird Entry Period, and purchases 4 (four) kitchen cabinets and 1 (one) Bonus Entry Qualifying Good in a single transaction during the Prize Draw Entry Period, this would equate to 16 (sixteen) entries in the Prize Draw.
   1. (4 (four) entries + 4 (four) entries) x 2 = 16 entries in the Prize Draw.

21. An entry in the Prize Draw will be invalidated if any goods forming part of the Qualifying Purchase and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods (if applicable) are returned to the Promoter.
22. Entry to the Prize Draw is automatic where the Eligible Entrant (see Rules 3-7) completes a Qualifying Purchase and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods (if applicable) during the Prize Draw Entry Period, and if applicable, the Early Bird Entry Period. However, Eligible Entrants may opt out of the Prize Draw at any time by notifying the Promoter at winavan@howdens.com including the subject line “Win a Van Prize Draw – Opt Out”.   

Winning Prize

23. The prize winner will be selected at random using an independent computer generator from all eligible entries.  All eligible entries earned from Qualifying Purchases and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods (if applicable) made no later than 4:59 pm on the last day of the Prize Draw Entry Period will be entered into the draw for the Prize. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the end of the Prize Draw Entry Period. 
24. The prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within 7 days of the relevant draw date using the contact details registered against their Howdens trade account. Notification will be sent to the person named as the account holder and not necessarily the person who made the Qualifying Purchase and Bonus Entry Qualifying Goods (if applicable). 
25. Return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners but the winner is solely responsible for checking their voicemail and email (including spam and junk folders) for a notification. 
26. To claim a Prize, the winner must provide the information requested in the winner’s notification within 7 days of the date of the notification. Claims for the Prize must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the notification. Failure to claim a Prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 
27. The Prize shall be made available for collection at the winner’s local depot within thirty (30) days of Howdens’ receipt of the winner’s valid prize claim and the winner (or its authorised representative) must attend to collect the Prize in person. The £500 insurance contribution will be made by cheque made payable to the registered Howdens account holder. The time for collection of the Prize(s) will be agreed between the winner and the Promoter. If the Prize is to be collected by an authorised representative of the winner, the winner must provide the name of the relevant authorised representative at the time of claiming the Prize and the authorised representative must provide proof of identity when collecting the Prize.
28. The Prize must be collected within 90 days of the date the Prize is validly claimed in accordance with Rule 21. Failure to collect a Prize within this time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

    2. loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of any of the Prize; 
    3. loss or damage arising from or in connection with any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to any of the Prize; or 
    4. loss or damage arising from or in connection with events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the Prize in transit thereto; or
    5. any loss of profits or revenue, any loss of anticipated savings, any loss of or damage to goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
37. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any third party, including any Prize provider or any social media platform. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants are providing their information to the Promoter, not to any third party. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, social media platforms and other third parties shall have no liability to any person or company in connection with or arising out of the Prize Draw howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities. 
38. If any of these Rules are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
39. The Prize Draw and these Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. 10. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any part of the Prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of a Prize become unavailable for any reason.

    Entering the Prize Draw

     

12. Eligible Entrants will automatically receive an entry into the Prize Draw when they complete a single transaction with the Promoter during the Prize Draw Entry Period that meets the following criteria (“Qualifying Purchase”):
    1. the transaction includes the purchase of a minimum of 5 (five) or more Internal Hardwood Doors as outlined in Schedule 1 (“Qualifying Goods”); and
    2. the transaction is for delivery or collection from a Howdens depot in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
13. For every multiple of 5 doors, Eligible Entrants will receive a further one (1) entry.
14. There is no limit on the number of entries in the Prize Draw that can be earned by an Eligible Entrant, and it is possible to earn multiple entries into the Prize Draw in a single transaction.
15. An entry in the Prize Draw will be invalidated if any goods forming part of the Qualifying Purchase are returned to the Promoter.
16. Entry to the Prize Draw is automatic where the Eligible Entrant (see Rules 3-7) completes a Qualifying Purchase during the Prize Draw Entry Period. However, Eligible Entrants may opt out of the Prize Draw at any time by notifying the Promoter at DoorsandIronmongeryCommercial@howdens.com including the subject line “Internal Moulded Doors Prize Draw – Opt Out”.

     

    Winning Prize

     

17. The prize winner will be selected at random using an independent computer generator from all eligible entries.All eligible entries earned from Qualifying Purchases made no later than 4:59 pm on the last day of the Prize Draw Entry Period will be entered into the draw for the Prize. The draw will take place on 6^th November 2026.
18. The prize winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on or before 13^th November 2026 using the contact details registered against their Howdens trade account. Notification will be sent to the person named as the account holder and not necessarily the person who made the Qualifying Purchase.
19. Return of any notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners but the winner is solely responsible for checking their voicemail and email (including spam and junk folders) for a notification.
20. To winner must claim the Prize within 14 days of the date of the notification. Claims for the Prize must be made in the manner and within the time specified on the notification. Failure to claim a Prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
21. Prizes will be despatched via email by the Promoter within 28 business days of the winner claiming the Prize.

The Promoter respects your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom version of EU GDPR which is part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you are a winner, arranging collection of the Prize. 23. The winner may also be required to take part in reasonable further post Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter, which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by the Promoter (or third parties on behalf of the Promoter) for publicity purposes and you agree to take part in any such publicity. For example, when collecting a Prize, the winner may be asked to pose for photographs with a representative of the Promoter when being presented with their Prize. After the winners have been notified of their winning entry and accepted the Prize, their names and entries, and photos/videos featuring them, may be displayed by the Promoter in social media posts and other print and digital marketing and promotional materials, which will be globally accessible, in perpetuity.
24. By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a Prize, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at JoineryCommercial@howdens.com. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where, for example, the Promoter is required to demonstrate that a valid award took place. To request disclosure of the winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request by email to JoineryCommercial@howdens.com no later than 30 days following the end of the Prize Draw Period.     General

     

25. Subject to Rule 32, the Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
26. No responsibility will be accepted for incorrect, late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information or technical fault of any kind.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner, and to refuse/disqualify entry or refuse the giving of any of the Prize if the Promoter reasonably considers the entry/entrant and/or winner to be in breach of these Rules or applicable law.
28. The Promoter reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these Rules due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw).
29. Nothing in these Rules shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability to any person under or in connection with these Rules or the Prize Draw, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any:

    2. loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of any of the Prize;
    3. loss or damage arising from or in connection with any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to any of the Prize; or

All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. By participating in the Prize Draw, entrants are providing their information to the Promoter, not to any third party. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, social media platforms and other third parties shall have no liability to any person or company in connection with or arising out of the Prize Draw howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.
31. If any of these Rules are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply. The Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
32. The Prize Draw and these Rules shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw and/or these Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts, and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.

THIS IS AN INTERNAL HOWDENS PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promoter of this promotion is Howdens – Howden Joinery Limited, 105 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 1QY (the “Promoter”).
2. This promotion is open to all Howdens depots resident in United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only aged 18 years or over. The promotion is not open to employees of Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the promotion.
3. Promotional period starts on 7^th September 2026 and ends on 26^th December 2026 (inclusive).
4. To win you must do the following:
   • One (1) depot per region must have the largest % volume growth YOY on Joinery Doors between 7^th September 2026 and 26^th December 2026 (P10-P13 2026) vs 8th September and 27th December (P10-13 2025) whilst also maintaining or growing depot average margin % on Joinery Doors YOY across the same periods.
5. The prizes are as follows:
   • The depot (1 per region) with the largest % volume growth as described above, will each will each win £400 in their Depot Incentive Pot.
6. For any depots who sold a quantity of 400 or below during 8th September and 27th December (P10-13 2025) 400 will be used as a base volume.
7. The winners will be announced on News@10 on 13^th January 2027 and notified via email by Howdens within 20 days from the promotion end date.
8. All prizes will be received before the end of Q1 2027.
9. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives are available.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative of an equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

7. The posts must be organic and reflect the genuine honest beliefs of the entrant. Entries which do not follow this instruction will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
8. All photos/videos posted in connection with this Prize Draw must have been created by the entrant, or the entrant must have obtained written permission to post the photo/video from the person who created it. In addition, if the photo/video shows a customer’s property (e.g. their newly fitted Howdens kitchen), the entrant must have obtained the prior written permission of the customer to post the photo/video in connection with this Prize Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to require a copy of any written permission at any time, and failure to provide such copy will result in disqualification from the Prize Draw.
9. Only one (1) entry per person and per Howdens trade account will be accepted. This means that where a Howdens trade account is registered in the name of a company, only one (1) authorised user of that company is permitted to enter the Promotion. If more than one (1) authorised user enters, then only the first to enter will be eligible and all other entries will be disregarded without notice. Howdens reserves the right at any time to disqualify any person found to have entered more than once, including by using multiple accounts or email addresses. Multiple posts will not increase chances of winning.

12. In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. You confirm you hold a current Howdens trade account in your own name or are an authorised user of a trade account registered in the name of your employer, the account is active and up to date with payments and you are eligible to claim the prize if selected. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw and in the absence of any such proof, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you and select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion.
13. By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you know of no information, facts or circumstances related in any way to you that could reasonably be considered damaging or embarrassing to the Promoter by virtue of any association with the Promoter arising from your entry into the Prize Draw and the award of the prize.
14. You must only post appropriate content. Posts must not contain anything that may reasonably be considered threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, indecent, offensive, discriminatory, derogatory, violent, liable to incite racial hatred or otherwise unlawful. Posts must not include or refer to competitor products or branding, alcohol, cigarettes, drug paraphernalia or any material that may, in the Promoter’s opinion, damage the Promoter’s or any third party’s reputation, image or goodwill. The Promoter reserves the right to report and disqualify from this Prize Draw, any entry that it deems inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the terms and policies of any social media platform and/or applicable law.

     

    Choosing the winners

     

15. The ten (10) winners of the Ticketmaster e-Gift Card will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the Promotion closing using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
16. Each provisional winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 working days.
17. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their direct messages for receipt of the notification.
18. Each winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of the notification by providing their name, email address, trade account number, Howdens depot name and any other information reasonably required for verification.
19. The award of the prize is subject to successful completion of the Promoter’s verification process. Verification may include checks of trade account status, payment status and consultation with the entrant’s local depot. The verification process may take up to twenty-one (21) calendar days from receipt of the required information.
20. If the provisional winner fails to respond within the stated timeframe, fails to provide requested information, or fails verification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. Any alternative winner will be subject to the same process and timeframes.

     

    Tax consequences

     

21. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that: (i) there may be tax consequences arising from their participation in this Prize Draw and the award and receipt of the prize; and (ii) each entrant is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) arising out of or related to their participation in this Prize Draw and the award and receipt of the prize. Entrants should consult an independent tax adviser for tax advice if required.

     

    Privacy

     

22. You acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. In particular, the Promoter will process your personal data for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you submitted a winning entry, administering the Promotion, distributing Greggs e-vouchers, administering the prize draw and fulfilling prizes.
23. Entrants acknowledge and agree that after the winner notification has been made and the prize has been validly claimed, the Promoter reserves the right to announce the name of the winner and their winning entry where applicable on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
24. The winner may also be asked (without obligation or further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Prize Draw.

     

    Intellectual Property Rights in the entry

     

25. By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant hereby:
    1. By entering the Promotion, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to repost, reproduce and use their Instagram Story and related content for the administration of the Promotion and for Howdens' marketing and promotional activities.
    2. waives all rights to review, approve or receive notice of any such use of the entry; and
    3. irrevocably and unconditionally waives, in favour of the Promoter and its sub-licensees all moral rights, performers’ rights and similar rights that the entrant may have in relation to the entry under any applicable law.

        

       General

        

26. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.
28. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
29. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information or technical fault of any kind.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner, and to refuse the award of any prize if the Promoter reasonably considers the entry and/or the entrant or winner to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
31. Prize details are correct at the date of publication.
32. By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a prize, their surname and county of residence and winning entry (if applicable) may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at DL_brand@howdens.comIn these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where, for example, the Promoter is required to demonstrate that a valid award took place. To request disclosure of the winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request by email to DL_brand@howdens.com no later than 30 days following the end of the Prize Draw Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after all prizes have been validly claimed.
33. The Promoter reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw).
34. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:
    1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Prize Draw;
    2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;
    3. any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to the prize;
    4. any other events beyond the Promoter's control that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the prize in transit thereto; or
    5. any loss of profits or revenue, any loss of business or contracts, any loss of anticipated savings, any loss of or damage to goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
35. If any of these Terms and Conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
36. This Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with this Prize Draw (including the prize) and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
37. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated or affiliated with Instagram or any other social media channel or third party. By entering the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that Instagram and any other social media channel or third party does not bear any responsibility for this Prize Draw and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Instagram and any other social media channel and third party from any liability whatsoever in connection with this Prize Draw. All information you provide when you enter the Prize Draw is provided to the Promoter and not to any social media channel or third party. You must also comply fully with the terms and policies of all social media channels when participating in this Prize Draw.

Terms and Conditions 2026

About the Prize Draw

1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Howden Joinery Limited of 105 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 1QY (“Promoter”).
2. By entering the TradeFest Trade InfluencerPrize Draw (“Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. The Prize Draw starts on 7 September 2026 and closes on 31st October 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”). You must submit your entries within the Prize Draw Period.
4. The Prize Draw is only open to the Trade Influencers who have entered into the ‘TradeFest 2026 Creator Contract’ who are permanent legal residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and aged 18 or over (“Eligible Entrants”). For the avoidance of doubt, residents of Republic of Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Prize Draw.
5. Eligible Entrants will be excluded from the Prize Draw if, at any time during or after the Prize Draw Period their Howdens trade account payments are not up to date.
6. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Prize Draw and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.

    

   Entering the Prize Draw

    

7. To enter the Prize Draw Eligible Entrants will need to publish clearly signposted and public content on their social media channels using the Eligible Platforms outlined in clause 8, promoting ‘Howdens Tradefest’ and tag the official Howdens social media account.
   1. All posts must be labelled #AD. Entries which do not follow this instruction will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.
8. ‘Eligible Platforms’: Instagram (Grid Posts & Reels), Facebook Posts, TikTok Posts and LinkedIn Posts. No email or alternative entry routes will be accepted.
   1. ‘Stories’ and other temporary/disappearing content will not be counted.
9. All photos/videos posted in connection with this Prize Draw must have been created by the entrant, or the entrant must have obtained written permission to post the photo/video from the person who created it. In addition, if the photo/video shows a customer’s property (e.g. their newly fitted Howdens kitchen), the entrant must have obtained the prior written permission of the customer to post the photo/video in connection with this Prize Draw. The Promoter reserves the right to require a copy of any written permission at any time, and failure to provide such copy will result in disqualification from the Prize Draw.
10. Eligible Entrants may create and publish as much ‘Howdens TradeFest’ content as they wish. However, each Eligible Entrant will receive a maximum of one (1) entry into the Prize Draw, regardless of whether the Eligible Entrant publishes more than one (1) ‘Howdens TradeFest’ Post.

    Choosing the winning entries

     

14. The winning entries will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) working days of the end of the Prize Draw Period, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
15. There shall be one (1) winning entry for each of the prizes outlined in clauses 19.a. – 19.d.
16. The Promoter will notify the provisional winner within seven (7) calendar days of the draw, by contacting them via direct message on the Eligible Platforms, email or telephone.
17. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their direct messages, voicemail and email address (including spam/junk mail) for receipt of the notification.
18. The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) calendar days of the notification by providing their name and email address and must cooperate with the Promoter as reasonably required by the Promoter to effect delivery of the prize.
19. If the winner fails to respond with the required information or to provide the required cooperation within the stated timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion. An alternative winner will be selected in accordance with and will need to comply with the same claims process set out in these Terms and Conditions.

     

    The Prize

     

20. There are four (4) prizes to be won in total in this Prize Draw. These are as follows:
    1. 1st Prize: 1x £1,000 Ticketmaster e-Gift Card
    2. 2nd Prize: 1x £500 Ticketmaster e-Gift Card
    3. 3rd Prize: 1x £250 Ticketmaster e-Gift Card
    4. 4th Prize: 1x £125 Ticketmaster e-Gift Card
21. Eligible Entrants can win a maximum of one (1) Prize per entry.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to verify any of the information provided by a winner before awarding the prize. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any lost or returned prizes where it has made reasonable efforts to ascertain the correct postal address of the winner.
23. The prize will be sent by email within 30 working days from receipt of the prize winner’s name and email address.

We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom version of EU GDPR which is part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you submitted a winning entry, announcing you as the winner on our websites and social media channels and arranging and delivering the prize. 3. Entrants acknowledge that after the winner notification has been made and the prize has been accepted, the Promoter reserves the right to announce the name of the winner and their winning entry on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
4. The winner may also be required to take part in reasonable further post Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter, which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by the Promoter (or third parties on behalf of the Promoter) for publicity purposes (“Post-Prize Draw Publicity”) and agree to the use of their personal data for such purposes.

All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Howdens, not to the relevant Social Media Platforms or any other third party.
