I’m nearing the end of a full kitchen fit as part of a long-running house renovation, and I honestly can’t fault the service I’ve received from Howdens, especially from Scott. From the very start, he’s been professional, helpful, and incredibly patient, particularly as I’ve dragged this project out over time. Scott helped design the kitchen, taking the time to really listen to what I wanted (unlike a quote I previously received from another well-known kitchen company, where I felt completely unheard) In contrast, Scott took on board every detail, including my budget, and offered honest, professional advice to make sure the final design was both practical and exactly what I had in mind whilst still maintaining quality. When an item was missing, he even went out of his way to deliver it himself to make sure I had it on time. His communication has been excellent throughout, quick to respond and always happy to help with any questions or changes along the way. Also, a shoutout to Gary, who is such a lovely and friendly guy!

Staff were extremely helpful

Staff were extremely helpful , especially when we decided to return the basic door casing and exchange it for a better quality one. The quality of the oak door was excellent and the price of the wood screws was ridiculously low.

Don’t normally use this branch. But was over this way. Pop in to get some skirting. Busy but didn’t wait long. Counter staff sorted it out no fuss. Pick it up from the warehouse and on my way.
