Seriously disappointed!!!!!!

we bought a double electric oven on 20/11/24 LAM4675 & as soon as it was switched on to do the pre-use warm up it was very apparent that the oven wasnt working correctly!!!!! it was extremely noisy mainly coming from the fan area.We let it heat up for about 30mins on the highest temperature & still the noise continued!! Consequently we have arranged for an engineer to come out to assess. Not used the oven & really regretting this purchase!!!

Excellent Service and Communication - Ashbourne

From start to finish the customer service from Andy at the Ashbourne depot was brilliant and communication was faultless. He really did a great job to design the perfect kitchen I was looking for. He also helped me with my internal doors, skirting board and architrave throughout the entire house following a full renovation. There were a couple of items that were missing, however, after raising these issues the problems were soon rectified which avoided any hold up on the job. The Ashbourne depot is also a lovely and welcoming environment with friendly staff and a cosy design office to make that experience feel even more comfortable. Thoroughly recommend.

The billing system is dreadful to follow.

The billing system is difficult to follow. Lots of slips of paper that are impossible to balance and track. No final detailed invoice to enable balance and check. Trust Pilot response: We will share your feedback INTERNALLY. Which makes a mockery of the whole ethos of Trust pilot and new customer awareness and protection.
