Spin The Rooster 2023
1. This Spin the Rooster promotion (“Promotion”) is being run by The Marketing Lounge Partnership (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 6467245, whose registered office is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG, the “Operator”), on behalf of Howden Joinery Limited (a company incorporated in England and Wales with registered number 00526923, whose registered office is at 40 Portman Square, London W1H 6LT, “Howdens”).
2. By entering the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
3. The Promotion is open to current Howdens trade customers only who are permanent residents of United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only), aged 18 years and above, who have spent £10 (excluding VAT) or more on any Trend product in 1 invoice between 7th August and 2nd September 2023 (inclusive) at participating Howdens depots – see list of participating depots by using the link at term 7 below (subject to terms 4, 5, 6 & 7). At point of sale, you will be given a postcard with a QR code to scan to access the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to any Howdens' trade account that is held by or in the name of a council, trust, school, hospital, or housing association, regardless of whether they
make a qualifying purchase. Any accounts with an overdue payment will also be excluded from the Promotion.
4. Entrants can claim spins up to the 9th September 2023 or until the total number of prizes have been won (9,055 total prizes available), whichever comes first (the “Closing Date”). Any attempted spin after the Closing Date will be invalid and illegible for a prize.
5. The Promotion is not open to employees, nor family members of employees of Howdens, the Operator, nor any of their group companies, nor any affiliates of such companies.
6. For every qualifying purchase, as outlined in term 3, entrants will receive maximum 1 spin per day, per Trade Account during the Promotion. E.g. If a valid entrant completes two qualifying purchases (outlined in term 3), in two separate invoices (including on the same day) they will be eligible for two spins (not to be spun on the same day).
7. The Promotion excludes purchases made in Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland depots. View the list of participating depots here.

8. To spin, please visit or scan the QR code to be directed to: www.howdensrooster.com/spintherooster. Entrants will need the following information available:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address
• Invoice Number

Winner selection and notification:
9. Once an entrant has spun the wheel, they will be notified instantly of the prize they may have won. Prizes will be confirmed via email within seventy-two (72) hours following the spin date following validation check on qualification. Except the £5 Greggs voucher as these will be auto-validated.
10. Entries will be validated against the Invoice Number to ensure a qualifying purchase was made at a participating Howdens depot. Except the £5 Greggs voucher as these will be auto-validated.
11a. Any entrants who win a prize using false, or inaccurate information i.e. wrong invoice number, not making a qualifying purchase (spending £10 (exc VAT) or more on any Trend product in 1 invoice) or making the purchase before 7th August 2023, will have their prize rescinded.
11b. If your entry is rejected due to incorrect details being added, you must be aware that you aren’t guaranteed to land on the same prize if you attempt to spin again.
Prizes:
12. Prizes are supplied by the Operator: physical prizes within 14 working days from validation (either delivered to you or you will have to collect from your local Howdens depot depending on the prize – see specific delivery/collection conditions under the Gift Terms and Conditions below); E-Codes and Vouchers are supplied immediately after validation (in email), with the exception of:
• Howdens Credit Account (see details below) which will be supplied by Howdens within 7 working days.
13. Prizes will be awarded on a random basis, except that the chance of winning a particular type of prize is weighted as explained below. Howdens’ decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. A valid spin will have the chance to win one (1) of the following prizes depending on where the spinner lands:

15. DELIVERY AND USE OF A PRIZE IS SUBJECT TO THE GIFT TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
16. Winners may be required to confirm acceptance of a prize and provide additional information (for instance a delivery address) where necessary to deliver the prize.
17. The Operator and/or Howdens will not be responsible for any delays caused by any third parties (e.g., the postal service and internet service providers).
18. Prizes do not include any costs incurred that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, including but not limited to travel, insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, spending money, accommodation, tax or personal expenses.
19. Prizes cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for a cash alternative. The Operator reserves the right to substitute a prize (or any part of them) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
20. In the event that there are any unwon prizes at the time the campaign ends, these will be put into a prize draw (“Prize Draw”). All participants who entered the Spin the Rooster Promotion will be eligible for the Prize Draw. Prizes will be awarded on a random basis. For every spin of the wheel an entrant has had, they will receive the same number of entries into the Prize Draw i.e. a customer makes 10 qualifying purchases/spins, they will be entered 10 times (even if land on no-win) into the prize draw. This Prize Draw will take place on 16th September 2023. Winners will be notified on 17th September 2023 and sent online prizes via email the same day or emailed a request for their postal address on this date for the physical gifts. Participants will receive any physical gifts within 14 working days from receipt of postal address. Any entries that are rejected by Howdens will not be entered into the Prize Draw. Same rules apply to this Prize Draw as the Spin the Rooster Promotion, as applicable (see above and below).
21. If the winners of physical prizes cannot be contacted within 14 working days to obtain a postal address Howdens reserves the right to offer the prizes to another entrant.
Liability (ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THIS CLAUSE):
22. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Operator and Howdens, their group companies, their employees, and their agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation): a) any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion; b) any changes to, supply of or use of the prize; and c) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond the Operator’s and/or Howdens reasonable control.
23. Participants will have no claim or action whatsoever against the Operator and Howdens, their group companies, their employees, and their agents, employees, or agencies because of participating in the Promotion.
24. The Operator and Howdens reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
25. The Operator and Howdens, their group companies, their employees, and their agents do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure, regardless of cause, including, for example, equipment failure, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, which may restrict, delay or prevent the transmission or receipt of your entry or which may be regarded as spam or junk mail.
26. If the Operator or Howdens has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or un-sportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the Promotion or any entry) the Operator or Howdens reserves the right (in their sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry, or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with such activity.
27. An entrant is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest(s) whilst enjoying a prize. The Operator, Howdens and the prize supplier have the right in their absolute discretion to exclude an entrant and/or guest(s) from participation in a prize if the entrant and/or their guest(s) fail to comply with the directions of the Operator, Howdens or the prize supplier or acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
General:
28. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter or any other third party and by entering the Promotion you release LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and any other third party from any action or claim or liability arising out of the Promotion. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged.
29. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion except that (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts, and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.
30. The Operator and Howdens will only use personal information provided by entrants for the purpose of administering the Promotion except as explained below in relation to photography. Please refer to the Operator’s Privacy Policy and Howdens Privacy Policy for further details. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall restrict the Operator or Howdens from disclosing winner information to persons enquiring where required by law (entrants may object to their information being made available in this way or request the information is reduced by contacting the Operator at dco@mlp.agency/ to the ASA, if required to do so.
31. Where prizes are third party products or service those third parties’ privacy policies will also be applicable, and acceptance may be a condition of receipt of the product or service.
Photography:
32. Howdens may wish to share the outcome with other customers and colleagues. If you agree to have your photograph taken Howdens may use this for the purpose of internal communications (Howdens staff) and external social media activity and external marketing/promotional activity to promote Howdens. You agree that Howdens can use your photograph and any other related content provided by you via our social networks and digital marketing platforms (including www.howdens.com) and other Howdens and third-party print and digital marketing and promotional materials for as long as we deem appropriate. You also agree Howdens can use your personal data for such purposes.
33. You do not have to have your photograph taken if you do not wish to. If you do agree and your photograph (and any other content provided) is used as set out above, it is possible it will then be shared by other social media users/on the internet which will be outside of our control.

Night Away for two T&C's (room only)

These are the terms and conditions (“Rules”) that apply to Howdens’ weekly “review and win” promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Rules and confirms they have read and understood the Howdens’ Privacy Notice at www.howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/. Please also see how we limit our liability in Section 10.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE AN INITIAL PERIOD FROM LAUNCH OF THE PRODUCT REVIEW CAPABILITY WHERE REVIEWS ARE NOT VISIBLE ON THE WEBSITE. ONCE REVIEWS ARE MADE VISIBLE ON THE WEBSITE, ALL REVIEWS THAT COMPLY WITH THE WEBSITE AND APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING THOSE SUBMITTED FROM THE POINT OF LAUNCH OF THE PRODUCT REVIEW CAPABILITY WILL BE VISIBLE. THIS WILL NOT IMPACT ENTRY PURSUANT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
- Promoter: Howden Joinery Limited, a company registered in England (company no. 00526923) with its registered office address at 40 Portman Square, London W1H 6LT (“Howdens”).
- Eligibility:
- 2.1 The Promotion is only open to current Howdens trade account holders with a valid email address registered and located in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, excluding those listed in Sections 2.2-2.4 below (“Eligible Entrant”). For the avoidance of doubt, trade account holders in Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Promotion.
- 2.2 The Promotion is not open to any Howdens’ trade account that is held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association, regardless of whether or not they make a Qualifying Review (see Section 4 below). Trade accounts held by or in the name of a Council, Trust, School, Hospital or Housing Association are not Eligible Entrants.
- 2.3 Employees, staff and other individuals who represent a Howdens trade account holder (“Representatives”) are not Eligible Entrants. Where a Representative enters the Promotion by submitting a Qualifying Review (see Section 4 below), they do so on behalf of the person or entity registered as the Howdens trade account holder. Representatives must be at least 18 years old and authorised by the relevant Howdens trade account holder to submit a Qualifying Review and enter the Promotion on behalf of the Howdens trade account holder.
- 2.4 Employees (or family members of employees) of Howdens and any of its group companies, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.
- 2.5 An Eligible Entrant will be excluded from the Promotion if, following the end of the Entry Period, the account holder’s trade account payments are not up to date and they have been contacted (whether by phone or in writing) by Howdens’ Litigation team about an overdue balance on their account.
- 2.6 Howdens reserves the right to require any entrant to provide proof of eligibility at any time.
- Entry period:
- 3.1 There will be weekly prize draws for this Promotion. Each weekly prize draw opens for entry on Sunday at 00:00:01 and closes the following Saturday at 23:59:59 (each an “Entry Period”).
- 3.2 Howdens may end this Promotion at any time by posting a notice on its website at howdens.com. Termination of the Promotion will take effect on the completion of the two (2) prize draws immediately following the date of the notice (except where termination is required by law, in which case termination will be effective immediately).
- How to enter:
- 4.1 Subject to 4.2, to enter a weekly prize draw, entrants must do the following:
- click on the link in the product review email sent to your email account;
- you will be directed to a landing site where you can leave your product review;
- submit a review that complies fully with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.
- 4.2 If the review passes moderation, the review will qualify for entry into a prize draw (“Qualifying Review”). The entry is only valid for one prize draw and there is no rollover of entries.
- 4.3 Both positive and negative reviews can be Qualifying Reviews provided they comply with the Website and App Terms and Conditions. Submitting a positive review does not increase the chances of winning. Howdens reserves the right to moderate reviews and to refuse to accept a review for entry if it fails to comply with the Website and App Terms and Conditions.
- 4.4 Entrants may submit more than one Qualifying Review during an Entry Period. Each individual Qualifying Review submitted will earn a separate entry into the relevant prize draw.
- 4.5 Any person who submits a Qualifying Review is automatically entered into the Promotion. If you submit a review but do not wish to be entered into the Promotion, you can opt out by contacting Howdens using the contact details at the end of these Rules.
- 4.1 Subject to 4.2, to enter a weekly prize draw, entrants must do the following:
- Prize: There is one (1) Amazon gift card with a value of £50 (fifty pounds) to be won in each weekly prize draw (“Prize”).
- Prize conditions: The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if Howdens considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Howdens’ control, a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Howdens’ discretion. Amazon gift cards are subject to Amazon’s gift card terms and conditions. The winner should ensure they are aware of any applicable terms and conditions, including the relevant expiry dates. Howdens is not responsible for the winner’s failure to use the gift card prior to expiry and no replacement gift card will be issued in these circumstances.
- Winner selection: The winner of each weekly prize draw will be selected within ten calendar days following the end of each Entry Period. The winner will be drawn at random from all Qualifying Reviews during that Entry Period.
- Winner notification: The winner will receive a notification email to the email address registered to the relevant trade account within ten calendar days of the relevant draw.
- Prize delivery: The Prize will be delivered to the winner electronically to the email address registered to the winner’s trade account within ten calendar days of the date of the winner’s notification. It is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email (including spam/junk folder) for receipt of the email.
- Liability: Nothing in these Rules limits or excludes any person’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any matter for which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. In particular, consumers have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described and services which are not performed with reasonable care and skill and these legal rights are in addition to and are not affected in any way by anything contained in these Rules. However, to the fullest extent permissible by law, Howdens will not be liable for: (i) any loss or damage caused by someone other than Howdens or someone who is not acting under Howdens’ direct instructions or in accordance with Howdens’ instructions; (ii) any loss or damage caused by any event or circumstance beyond Howdens’ reasonable control; (iii) any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) any unavailability of Howdens’ websites, apps or social media accounts. Further advice about consumer rights is available from any local Citizens’ Advice Bureau (https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or local Trading Standards office (https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office).
- No endorsement: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Amazon or any other third party. All third-party trademarks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Howdens, not to Amazon or any other party. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amazon and other third parties shall have no liability to any person in connection with or arising out of the Promotion howsoever caused, including for any costs, expenses, damages and other liabilities.
- Cancellation and variation: Howdens reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Rules if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Howdens’ reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to winners drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.
- Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Howdens reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this Section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.
- Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Howdens shall be entitled (but not obliged) to and authorise third parties to announce the winners: name, purchased product information, content from the product review and any accompanying details and a link to the full product review/product and any other relevant information submitted by the winner on Howdens’ websites, authorised third party websites and social media. The entrant may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion, such as to have their name and/or image, together with a short statement about their win, featured on Howdens’ website, authorised third party websites and/or social media.
- Disclosure of winner’s details: By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Howdens using the contact details at the end of these Rules. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Howdens may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. This may happen, for example, where Howdens is required to demonstrate that it has awarded any advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details for a prize draw, enquirers must submit a request to digital@howdens.com within one (1) month following the end of the relevant Entry Period, specifying the relevant prize draw. Details for any prize draw will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded.
- Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Howdens’ Privacy Notice, which is available at howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/.
- Accessing these Rules: Any website on which these Rules are posted is only intended to be accessed from United Kingdom and where permitted by law. Howdens makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.
- Severance and waiver: If any part of these Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Rules will not be affected. Howdens’ failure to enforce any term of these Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Disputes: Subject to Section 20, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Rules, Howdens’ decisions are final. If there is a conflict between these Rules and any other document referred to in these Rules, these Rules take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
- Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Rules are governed by English law, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that: (i) residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in the Scottish courts and (ii) residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Irish Courts.

1. The Promotion is the offer by the Promoter of up to £1000 Cashback (“the Gift”) to purchasers if they purchase NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven as detailed below. These appliances must be purchased as part of an overall kitchen purchase from participating retailers including the kitchen furniture (with a minimum of 5 cabinets).
£200 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 3 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£350 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 4 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£500 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 5 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£700 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 6 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
£1000 cashback will be offered with a purchase of 7 qualifying NEFF kitchen appliances including an oven.
2. An additional £500 cashback will be awarded with the purchase of a NEFF venting hob (as detailed in table B below) as part of this promotion.
3. To qualify as a kitchen purchase for this cashback Promotion, a minimum of five kitchen cabinets must be included within the purchase.
4. The kitchen furniture and appliances must be purchased from the same Retailer as part of a kitchen design (participating retailers only).
5. This Promotion applies to purchases between 1st August 2023 and 30th November 2023 and for which the Promoter has received a completed and valid claim before midnight on 31st May 2024.
6. This is a consumer only Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, retailers will not be able to claim the Gift on behalf of the consumer.
7. Purchasers will be able to choose their Gift during the redemption process and the Gift will be in the form of either:
a. A BACS Transfer (only available for online claims) or
b. Cheque which will be delivered to the address provided on the claim form
8. In order to qualify for the Cashback of £200, a minimum of THREE qualifying NEFF large domestic appliances listed below (ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, dishwashers, laundry and refrigeration) must be purchased as part of a kitchen and from the same Retailer they have purchased the kitchen furniture from (must be from a participating retailers only). Each cashback claim must include a NEFF oven, A maximum of 7 eligible appliances can be claimed for as part of one claim providing they were included within the same kitchen purchase. Accessories (including warming drawers) are not included.

9. If a NEFF Venting Hob or Glass Draft Hood (participating models listed below in Table B) is purchased as ONE of the qualifying NEFF appliances then an additional £500 will be awarded. The total cashback value that can be awarded for a qualifying SEVEN qualifying NEFF appliances, including a NEFF oven and NEFF Venting Hob is £1,500.

10. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products and trade/contract sales are excluded from the Promotion.
11. Only one claim per household is permitted. Please note, claims from employees, relatives of traders and traders themselves are prohibited from participating in this Promotion. Multiple purchases of the same appliances are prohibited.
12. Claimants cannot claim in conjunction with another offer.
13. How to Claim
a. In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt, a photograph of the appliances’ ENR number and full address). b. Claims must be received by the promoter no later than midnight on the 31st May 2024 and the Promotor will not accept any claims received subsequently.
c. If an ENR number cannot be provided at the time of the claim because the appliance has not be delivered prior to the 31st May 2024, please state when the delivery is expected and complete the claim after delivery has taken place and before 31st July 2024.
d. A copy of original purchase receipts must be provided for claim forms. For the avoidance of doubt, copies of deposit receipts and/or order confirmations will not be accepted.
14. Claims are posted and at Claimants risk and proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require Claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their sole opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
16. Claimants should allow 30 days for confirmation of claim approval from the date of the Promoter’s receipt of the Claim Form and copy of the purchase receipt. Claimants should allow up to 3 weeks for dispatch of the Cheque and 28 days for the release of the Bank Transfer funds, from the date of the Promoter’s confirmation of claim approval.
17. The Claimant will provide the correct bank account details. In the event that payment is made to an incorrect bank account due to the Claimants submission of incorrect bank account details, the Promotor shall have no responsibility and these funds will not be retrieved.
18. All claim forms and copy purchase receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to Claimants.
19. By submitting a claim, Claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
20. In the unlikely event that a claimant is unhappy with their NEFF appliance and wishes to return it for a full refund, such refund is conditional upon the return of the Gift i.e. the cashback.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

Entry into the Prize Draw is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Howdens Privacy Notice at www.howdens.com/legal-information/privacy-policy/. In particular, please see the eligibility requirements and exclusions in rules 4 - 5 and the limitations of liability in Rule 33.
About the Prize Draw

- By entering the Howdens Neff Slide and Hide Oven Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.
- The Prize Draw starts at 00:00:01 GMT on 6 Nov 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 GMT on 12 November 2023 (“Prize Draw Period”). You must submit your entries within the Prize Draw Period.
- The Prize Draw is only open to permanent residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (mainland UK only) who are aged 18 or over. For the avoidance of doubt, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man are excluded from the Prize Draw.
- Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Prize Draw and all affiliates of such companies may not enter.
Entering the Prize Draw
- To enter the Prize Draw eligible entrants will need to complete all the following steps:

- follow @neffhomeuk on Instagram; and
- tag a friend in the comments section of the Howdens Neff Slide and Hide Oven Prize Draw post on Instagram (minimum of 1 (one) required), entrants can comment as many times as they want, each tag must be in a separate comment, each additional comment (on top of the one required as a minimum) shall count as an additional entry for that entrant.
- You must only post appropriate content, and the Promoter reserves the right to remove or report any content that it deems inappropriate.
- THIS PRIZE DRAW IS FREE TO ENTER, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- The Promoter reserves the right to remove or report, and disqualify from this Prize Draw, any entry that it deems inappropriate or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the terms and policies of any social media platform and/or applicable law.
Choosing the winning entries
- An independent computer generator will choose 1 (one) winning entry at random from all eligible entries received within the Prize Draw Period within one month after the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
- The decision of the random generator will be final.
- The Promoter will notify the winner by contacting them on Instagram and asking them to email competitions@howdens.com with their name, contact number, email address and delivery address for the prize.
- The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the notification with their details, otherwise the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry in its sole discretion.
The prize
- The prize consists of 1 (one) Neff N70 B57CR22N0B Slide and Hide Built In Black Single Multifunction Oven (worth approximately £699.12 inc. VAT in total).
- 1 (one) prize shall be awarded in total.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify any of the information provided by a winner before awarding the prize. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any lost or returned prizes where it has made reasonable efforts to ascertain the correct postal address of the winner.
- The prize will be sent by courier within 14 working days from receipt of the prize winner’s name, contact number, email address and delivery address. Please note there may be delays. UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRIZE WHICH SHALL BE UPON RECEIPT OF THE WINNER DETAILS BY THE PROMOTER, THE WINNER CANNOT CANCEL THE PRIZE AND WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED PURSUANT TO POINT 12 ABOVE. THE PRIZE CANNOT BE HELD OR SHIPPED TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include installation.

Privacy
- We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (EU GDPR), the United Kingdom version of EU GDPR which is part of United Kingdom law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended and supplemented from time to time and as amended by the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (as amended), Data Protection Act 2018, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws for the purpose of administering your participation in this Prize Draw and, if you submitted a winning entry, announcing you as the winner on our websites and social media channels and arranging and delivering the prize. - Entrants acknowledge that after the winner notification has been made and the prize has been accepted, the Promoter reserves the right to announce the name of the winner and their winning entry on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.
- The winner may also be required to take part in reasonable further post Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter, which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by the Promoter (or third parties on behalf of the Promoter) for publicity purposes (“Post-Prize Draw Publicity”) and agree to the use of their personal data for such purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
- By entering the Prize Draw generally; and, in the event of a win; and, any involvement in any Post-Prize Draw Publicity, all entrants grant to Promoter a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use (and to grant a sub-license to Promoter’s group companies and other third parties to use) their entry: for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw and prize fulfilment; and use their entry and any materials produced as part of Post-Prize Draw Publicity: for internal business purposes, for publicity purposes connected with the Prize Draw and for general advertising, marketing and PR purposes. General
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.
- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.
- No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information or technical fault of any kind.

- By entering this Prize Draw, each entrant acknowledges that if they win a prize, their surname and county of residence and winning entry (if applicable) may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter at competitions@howdens.com. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full to the UK Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. This may happen where, for example, the Promoter is required to demonstrate that a valid award took place. To request disclosure of the winners’ details, enquirers must submit a request by email to competitions@howdens.com no later than 30 days following the end of the Prize Draw Period. - The Promoter reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Prize Draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Prize Draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Prize Draw).
- Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, the Promoter shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrants that is caused by:
- technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Prize Draw;
- any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a prize;

Terms and Conditions
- The promoter of this prize draw is CHESHIRE MOULDINGS & WOODTURNINGS LIMITED. Company number 02322883, of Unit 7 Normans Road, Sutton, St Helens, WA9 4JQ (the “Promoter” or “Cheshire Mouldings”)
- The prize draw is open to Howdens depot employees (if they win by association as described below and in the locations specified below only) and Howdens customers resident in United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only) aged 18 years or over, who meet with the entry mechanic described below, between 25/03/2024 and 18/05/2024. The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
- Entry mechanic:
Howdens customers will gain single entry to the prize draw when purchasing £50 or more on Cheshire Mouldings stair parts in 1 invoice. This will be increased to three entries when purchasing £100 or more of Cheshire Mouldings Stair Parts in 1 invoice. Each winner will be picked at random and there will be one winner per region (9 in total). The depot from which the winning invoice was placed will also receive the prize, as described below. Please refer to 19. for a full list of qualifying products.
- All entries are automatically submitted when qualifying purchases are made during the incentive period, which runs from 25/03/2024 – 18/05/2024.
- There are no limits on the number of entries.
- The winners will be chosen at random by an employee of the Promoter supervised by an independent person on 21/05/2024. The incentive prize will be awarded to the Customers chosen and the depots from which the invoice was placed will automatically also receive prize(s) described below.

Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited Terms And Conditions
Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion at https://samsungoffers.claims/SpringCashback form part of the Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter
- The Promoter is Samsung Electronics (UK) Limited, Samsung House, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0RS (the “Promoter”).
Promotion Period
- The Promotion will commence at 00:01 (BST) on the 10th April 2024 and close at 23:59 (BST) on the 18th June 2024 (the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
- To be eligible to participate in the Promotion you must be a resident (aged 18+) of either the United Kingdom (including Isle of Man and Channel Islands) or the Republic of Ireland ("Individual Participant") or a Company with an address in one of the same territories (“Company Participant”). For the avoidance of doubt, within these Terms and Conditions the term ‘Participant’ shall be taken to refer to both Individual Participants and Company Participants (and the applicable plural) unless stated otherwise.
- Employees or agents of the Promoter that are involved in the operation of this Promotion or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. Sales staff at the Participating Retailers are eligible to participate so long as they have not received a staff discount on the Promotion Product.
- Retailers, distributors, resellers and any person who purchases a Promotion Product (defined below) for resale or otherwise not as the user of the Promotion Product, may not participate in this Promotion and are specifically excluded as Participants.
Offer
- Samsung is offering a promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby Participants will be eligible to claim a corresponding cashback reward (the “Reward”) by redemption when they purchase a qualifying new selected (i.e. not second hand, refurbished or ex-display) Samsung floorcare, refrigeration, cooking, or laundry product listed in Appendix 1 (“Promotion Product”) from a retailer listed in Appendix 2 (each a “Participating Retailer”) within the Promotion Period subject to full compliance with these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”).
- Purchases of multiple Promotion Products (up to a maximum of four (4) additional Promotion products for Individual Participants and up to a maximum of four (4) additional Promotion products for Company Participants) may be eligible for an additional variable cashback Boosted Reward as set out in Condition 13. Full details of the Promotion Products and the corresponding Rewards are set out at the hyperlink above.
- Rewards shall be paid by bank transfer and Participants must have a valid bank account in GBP (for the UK, IOM or CI) or EUR (for ROI) in order to receive the Reward. Rewards shall be awarded to Participants based on their country of residence; for example, an ROI Participant shall receive their Reward in EUR rather than GBP. For the avoidance of doubt Participants must have a valid bank account matching their individual or company name included on their Claim form to receive their Reward.
- Purchases from auction websites (e.g. eBay) or from third party sellers on online retailers’ websites (e.g. Amazon Marketplace) and non-Samsung approved resellers (non-direct accounts) are specifically excluded from this Promotion. Purchases from Amazon.co.uk must be sold and dispatched by Amazon UK directly, not Amazon EU or other non-UK branches.
Claims
- After purchasing the Promotion Products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period, Participants must visit https://samsungoffers.claims/SpringCashback, complete the claim form with their name, contact information, email and postal address, and bank account details along with any other requested information and submit it together with scanned copies of their proof of purchase showing their purchase of the Promotion Product(s) (a “Claim”). For the avoidance of doubt the Promotion Product(s) must be purchased in order to be eligible for Rewards in this Promotion; Promotion Product(s) received for free or as part of a giveaway do not qualify.
- Claims may only be submitted within thirty (30) to ninety (90) days of the Participant purchasing the relevant Promotion Product (the “Claim Period”), meaning the final Claim date for Promotion Products purchased on the 18th June 2024 is no later than 23:59 (BST) on the 16th September 2024. Claims received after the close of the Claim Period will not be eligible for a Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, the date of purchase shall count as day zero (0).
- Individual Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Promotion Products purchased per residential household. Company Participants are entitled to claim on a maximum of four (4) Promotion Products purchased per company or business. In all cases Participants are entitled to a maximum of one (1) Reward per Promotion Product purchased.
- Multiple Products: Where a Participant purchases more than one Promotion Product during the Promotion Period (with the exception of microwave Promotion Products), they shall be eligible to claim an additional Boosted Reward per additional Promotion Product purchase (up to a maximum of three (3) Boosted Rewards for four (4) Promotion Products purchased by Individual Participants, and three (3) Boosted Rewards for four (4) Promotion Products purchased by Company Participants) of up to £150/€180 (“Boosted Reward”). For the avoidance of doubt, two (2) Promotion Products shall be eligible for £50/€60 Boosted Reward; (ii) three (3) Promotion Products shall be eligible for £100/€120 Boosted Reward; and (iii) four (4) Promotion Products shall be eligible for £150/€180 Boosted Reward. Microwave Promotion Products are not eligible for the additional Boosted Reward. For the avoidance of doubt, these additional Boosted Rewards outlined in this Condition 13 (each, an “Boosted Reward”) are in addition to the Reward(s) payable under Condition 6. Participants must use the same email address each time they enter details in the Claim form for a purchased Promotion Product, all such qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period will be aggregated together for the purposes of determining the Participant’s validated Rewards.
- Participants will be sent an email to confirm their Claim has been received by the Promoter instantly upon entry of a Claim. Providing that the Claim is found to be valid in accordance with these Promotion Terms, Participants will be sent an email within seven (7) days to confirm whether their Claim has been successful and validated (“Claim Validation”).
- If an email acknowledgement has not been received, it is the Participant’s responsibility to contact the Promoter’s customer service team by email at springcashback@samsungoffers.claims or by phone on 0330 818 4751 (UK) or +353 1800 851 257 (ROI) within seven (7) days of a Claim being submitted.
- If a Claim is deemed to have been submitted incorrectly, the Participant will be notified via email and SMS and offered the opportunity to provide the required information within seven (7) days. If no response is received within seven (7) days of the email and SMS, then the Claim shall be marked as invalid and the Participant will no longer be eligible to receive the Reward.
- Claims that are incomplete or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of Claims.
- The Reward will be sent via bank transfer within forty five (45) days of Claim Validation to the bank account provided by the Participant during the Claim process.
- The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify Claims which it considers do not comply with these Promotion Terms.
- The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid Claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to proof of purchase, as well as the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant. In the event your information is linked to fraudulent claims or abuse of terms and conditions on previous promotions you will be unable to participate in this Promotion and your Claim will be rejected.
- If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product before submitting a Claim, the Participant must not make a Claim. If a Participant returns or cancels the delivery of a Promotion Product after submitting a Claim, the Claim will be invalid and the Participant must cancel the Claim immediately by calling the contact number in Condition 15 above for the UK or ROI, as applicable. The Promoter reserves the right to check with Participating Retailers whether a Promotion Product has been returned or the order cancelled and by submitting a Claim the Participant provides consent to the Promoter to do so.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Promoter’s use of any personal information submitted by the Participant shall be limited to communications about the Promotion and for managing the redemption process. The Participant hereby consents to its personal information being used for this purpose and confirms that it agrees with the Promoter’s privacy policy available at: www.samsung.com/uk/info/privacy.html. The Participant may withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to the Promoter or by using the opt-out process outlined in the Promoter’s privacy policy.
- Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the details and information provided by the Participant when entering the Promotion or claiming the Reward will not be used for any other purpose, nor shall they be passed to any third party.
General
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
- The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably and in accordance with all relevant legislation and codes of practice, to vary the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
- The Promoter will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive submissions due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or Claims; (c) any computer or communications related malfunctions or failures; (d) any disruptions, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter; or (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.
- Participants will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes and any other relevant costs or expenses which are not stated in these Promotion Terms as being included.
- By participating in this Promotion, you agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, to release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the Reward. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter’s negligence.
- The Promotion is governed by the law of England and Wales.
