Incompetence

When a customer makes a payment apply it to the right account John !!!! I have received 2 nasty emails asking for payment when it had already been made. Staff at head office are a waste of time as they did not deal with the issue when I raised the point the payment had been made. Considering we have paid our account in full each month and on time since 2009, this is no way to treat long standing, loyal customers and threaten legal action. Treat each customer individually, call them to see if everything is ok as this is not normal activity for the account instead of sending me nasty emails. I need to consider if I wish to continue my relationship as you do not treat loyal customers like you have treated us. Mad is an understatement.

Delivery should have been first drop turned up at 10 30 am. Not acceptable. I had two men stood doing nothing this has happened before.
