Great experience with Howdens

Had a great experience from first point of contact with the Blackwood store to make an appointment for a kitchen design consultation, right the way through til the end when payment was made for the kitchen. With many phone calls and meetings with Matt in between tweaking and making the final design for the kitchen. Matt was extremely helpful and highly recommended.

The kitchen was delivered early with no worktops to complete it. Worktops arrived 3 weeks later.

**DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM HOWDENS! ZERO STARS NOT 1 STAR** I have a long list of errors which would take up too much space here. Purchased at the Blackwood depot in Caerphilly Borough. Customer service is non existent. Even writing to the CEO hasn’t helped. False promises of getting back to me. Don’t be fooled by social media and celebrity endorsements who probably had it for free. All my savings gone and left with a kitchen I didn’t ask for! Go elsewhere and save yourself the heartache. Please don’t be conned out of your money like I did. HOWDENS shame on you! As if it’s not hard enough with the cost of living crisis that you leave me with no money and having given up on holidays for years so I could save for one. SHAME ON YOU!

Staff are amazing

Staff are amazing. All ways willing to go that extra mile, on the phone or in store. Products are nice to work with and well made. Id recommend howdens kitchens over any of the top brands. Keep up the good work
