Great customer service

Great customer service - even for a part I had to replace on the kitchen. Staff & designers really helpful. Would have been 5* but instructions could be more specialiised for kitchens due to the sheer number of variants (perhaps you should get a pack of instructions to suit individual kitchens, thus saving you the time sifting the wheat from the chaff with the manual (which is generic))

I don't use this branch so often but every time I do, it is always a positive experience. The branch management have got their team running efficiently and offering terrific customer service. They need to rival Poole for the biscuits though! Other than that, it is really super. It's as if the manager wears a cape all day!
