Met the local rep while I was going to…

Met the local rep while I was going to get tools from van , he asked if I had an account and set it up for me in minutes. Got a free crate of beer and some goodies in the shop for a tenner , very friendly staff would definitely recommend getting an account at Bracknell branch

My partner and I would like to feedback our experience with Howdens Bracknell. Immediately, entering the branch, we were greeted by Simon on the desk, he was upbeat and smiling, a great first impression. We were introduced to Theodora who was absolutely charming, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Because of this interaction we booked in for a measure up. We asked for Theodora, unfortunately she had to deal with another client so Alina came instead. Alina has been a delight to work with. Alina was personable, professional and caring with great product knowledge. Alina has been consistently helpful, patient and thorough. Alina leaned on Theodora for some assistance, drawing on her invaluable experience! There is a great work atmosphere between your colleagues, which we picked up on, again making it a pleasurable experience. We were very pleased with Alina’s design and committed to purchasing our kitchen with Howdens. We will invite Alina back when our kitchen is fitted so she can see her efforts come to fruition. You have an amazing team of people and it’s a breath of fresh air, you and I know customer service these days can be frustrating and at times disappointing.
