The staff genuinely cared about what we wanted

The staff really looked after us, we can't thank them enough. Nothing was an issue, always willing to go above and beyond and we are over the moon with our own home renovation. There is nowhere else you can draw up a kitchen plan, take it into branch, have it priced & delivered all in 4 days ! during the fit, I changed my mind & plan layout, maybe 3 times, put the unwanted cabinets in the van, drove to Howdens, swapped it, loaded new cabinets into the van, drove home and fitted it. wicked service

Howdens Clifton Moor - EXCELLENT

Having been severely let down by another kitchen supplier, my fitter put me in touch with Rob Western at Howdens Clifton Moor (York). What a difference! What service! Within a week of initial contact, I had a brand new kitchen designed and supplied, just ready for installation. I couldn't have asked for more. Rob understood my situation and pulled out all the stops to ensure my needs were met, even arranging an earlier delivery than was initially proposed. Throughout, he kept me informed and was on hand on the first day of installation to ensure all the plans were available for the fitters. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Howdens Clifton Moor, and can only thank Rob for all his help.

We worked with Will at Howdens, Clifton Moor, York who provided excellent service throughout. Initial design and quoting was collaborative, helpful and (crucially for us) not pushy. Delivery time was quick and efficient (much better than other kitchen manufacturers we spoke too). Install was stress-free, with a few snags sorted with no fuss. Professional, courteous and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend, thanks Will.

I bought 7 doors and outside the shop…

I bought 7 doors and outside the shop there is a big sign saying buy 3 of "any" doors and get one free!! I didn't get any free as the manager said if was down to his discretion!!! He was one of the rudest managers I have ever dealt with! I am a joiner and work for myself and I was going to use howdens more often and also had customers that wanted kitchens but that's changed my mind !

Howdens at Clifton Moor (York)

Howdens at Clifton Moor (York) - Rob was our designer / sales consultant. He couldn't have been more helpful and was the main point of contact for us and our fitter throughout the process. We're very pleased with our experience and the end result. The products are well made and of high quality, and the customer service we received from the Clifton Moor branch was very good. Even when we had a few small issues, they were quick to resolve them. Howdens might be more expensive than other kitchen suppliers, but you really do get what you pay for!
