High standards of product and staff maintained.Highly Recommended.

A few years ago we had a kitchen fitted and we were delighted. Inspired by their staff and products we decided we would return to them to fit a utility room and we were pleased to find that the high standard we expected has been maintained. From the designers and management to the deliverers and the fitters recommended by the company, I can only say they are excellent, gave good advice from the start and made every effort to ensure that we were more than satisfied with their products, and we are again delighted with the results. After the utility was completed we decided to have some additional work done and their management team assisted us and the work was carried out most proficiently. Thank you.

Great service, advice and products

We've spent quite a bit of time at Howdens in Cramlington in the last few weeks and the customer service is second to none. The advice given is honest and there isn't anything that is too much of a problem. The products are are also good quality at a fair price.

Got a kitchen just over 3 yrs ago .....how convenient the warranty is 3 yrs. Dishwasher broke under warranty, hob broke needed too buy new one. Now fridge freezer has gone off avoid this company had nothing but bad quality from this place. Cheap quality overpriced so when your builder gets a discount it looks good. It aint avoid.

Your prices are off the map

Your prices are off the map, went in the other day got a pack of 100 wipes a box of 1100 screws £48.00 charged for a tub of 500, door prices etc way above any body else, keep getting calls for kitchens , you’ve got no chance, got a price a few years ago you were £ 1500 off the mark to other company’s, shutting my account this week not needed, thanks,
