She was friendly, listened to our ideas on what we would like and kept us informed at every stage of the design. We would highly recommend her and Howdens for their helpfulness and beautiful kitchen.

Her attention to detail made the process incredibly straight forward which was very welcome given the number of options there are to choose from. Our new kitchen is amazing. The fit and finish are first class. I would certainly recommend Anita and the team when you come to choose your new kitchen.

Beautiful Kitchen

We went to Howdens (Crayford branch) as we were looking to purchase a new kitchen. We had been to other similar companies, but the service we received from Howdens was exemplary compared to others. We dealt with Anita there designer from start to finish. Anita was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. After making initial contact, Anita came out and measured our kitchen, she listened to all our requests and on receipt of our design drawings and visuals she had understood our requirements and we were over the moon with what she had visualised. We then went into the branch to meet with Anita to run through the design and pick the finishing touches. Her knowledge and approach to our requirements was outstanding, helping us to pick our sink and taps and providing advise. We ordered our kitchen and it arrived within a week, no long lead times or unforeseen issues, everything was spot on. We had our own fitters to fit the kitchen, which we are so pleased with. I would highly recommend Anita. I’m so glad we used Howdens as I don’t think we would have received the same expert experience with other suppliers.

The branch had exactly what I needed…

The branch had exactly what I needed and I wasn’t rushed whilst I looked through the store catalog. The staff are always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

Very happy with service and…

Very happy with service and communication at Howdens Crayford. Always somebody else around to help if our designer James Caplehorn was unavailable, who by the way saved the day when there was an issue with the fitters ,by turning up to the property immediately. Very professional and helpful in lots of other ways too. Extremely happy with the finished kitchen.

Anita provided helpful advice while designing our new kitchen, and we were happy with the end result. There were no issues, and they matched a quote from Wren. Having a local branch to get extras, etc., was helpful, vs was waiting for delivery. I would recommend Howdens for a kitchen.
