Great service from the Gateshead Howdens branch as always, John and the team give my clients everything they need to give them a great kitchen. Ordering products from the counter is very easy and always a smile, would always send my clients here and nowhere else.

Customer experience is outstanding

Purchased skirting board and from walking in the shop the young lad was super helpful, friendly and put me at ease. The wood wouldn’t fit in my van and I was advised I needed to cut the wood myself but due to a bad shoulder I was unable to do this. After checking with management the 2 guys in the warehouse kindly did this for me. I have to say the customer service this shop gives is outstanding. Recently a bad experience with a workman who left my house in a bad way and your staff have made things so much better with the advice and help they offered. Thank you! What a super team of people.

Quick service and a free coffee to go

As a hanyman picked up a quick job, although i needed some tubes of adhesive. Check my route and if howdens was close by, bingo picked up a few tubes on way to customers place. Quick service at the counter and a free coffee to go just what I needed. Brill service from howdens much appreciated.
