Shocking!

Walking past the Horsham branch last week with my children and observed what can only be described as a playground! A tall man was yelling at what looked like employees telling them to “F Off” multiple times in an aggressive way. He then recklessly jumped in the forklift almost casing an accident! My children were visibly scared so god knows how the staff felt! Called up today to make a complaint and spoke to a man called Darren and it all seemed like an inconvenience that I had called. No customer service. I will not shop at a company who thinks it’s ok for staff to behave like that!

Good customer experience and nice products

Good engagement with me from initial contact to site visit and planning through to ordering and delivery. We have purchased 2 wardrobe units so far - still need installation. Polite and supportive colleagues at each stage. Constructively could have been a bit more proactive at following up to have face to face meeting to discuss detailed plans and quotes as I had to initiate this. However Frankie was proactive at sending me the overall quotes.

A complete service for a new kitchen

Claire came round to plan my kitchen, and was professional, polite and friendly. I went to view it at Howdens and was impressed at how realistic it was. There was no problem with altering a few things, and all of my questions were responded to quickly. It was a great start to the whole process. I am absolutely delighted with the final kitchen and really pleased I paid a little extra for the quartz worktops. The units are of good quality and look modern, clean and very smart. It has been a pleasure inviting my friends round to see it. A much needed job in my house but far better than I could have dreamt of. I have recommended Howdens onto friends and will continue to do so to anyone who is interested in a new kitchen.

Really expert opinion by Baz and team at Horsham Howdens.The 3d design on screen helped us visualize our new ' ideal kitchen'. Great template granite surface that was installed by Howdens with expert carpenter Hector and team from Princebuild. Thank you

Very few companies & individuals…

Very few companies & individuals underpromise and overdeliver nowadays. Howdens (Horsham branch) did just that yesterday. On one of the hottest days of the year ( Jem, Sam, Darren) took the time and effort to locate & organise a replacement Fridge/Freezer for one of my more demanding Tenants, so I was able to provide a replacement with in hours and save the contents of her Fridge & Freezer. Thanks again Guys.
