Keeping appointments

We were expecting a kitchen advisor to attend our home this morning, around 9am to survey it kitchen with a view to giving us a quote. Currently the time is 10.30, we've received no phone call from any Howden representative, I've tried to call the local depot, but no one wants to answer the phone. Very rude and unprofessional service, if this is the standard their kitchens and service will be rubbish and they can keep them. I'll ensure none of my money goes in Howdens direction, and would urge others to do the same!

Great result - thank you

Listened well to our ideas and worked with us to come up with a plan that looked very promising with large soft closing drawers, corner pan cupboard and a bin drawer. Jack was very patient as we went from one colour scheme to another and at the last minute switched various cupboards around. Thanks also of course to the local building team that did the fitting. End result is excellent. Thank you
