The part I ordered didn’t turn up. They told me that it was in. Wasted journey. Then when it did turn up they hadn’t ordered all of what I asked for.

Tried kitchen that needed a glow up!!!

Myself and my husband used Howdens in Maidstone and kitchen designer, Harry. Harry was brilliant from start to finish, we started the kitchen later then anticipated however Harry was very patient with us, and kept our design for when we were ready. There were a few hiccups with some of the delivery, however Harry sorted this for us, with a quick turn around, which didn’t cause any delays (even going out of his way to drop parts off after he finished work). Howdens probably comes across a bit pricier than other competitors but you definitely get a better quality and service, and we are so pleased we went with them. They were top of the recommendations from kitchen fitters we spoke to.
