We went in response to an offer…

We went in response to an offer relating to flooring products and were shown several options that seemed give us an option for a new property that we are developing We may also look at your kitchens and bathrooms as we have recently refurbished a property in Wandsworth using your products…? I don’t think the offer covered the flooring products (SDH3630)?

The Team at the Malvern branch are very friendly and extremely helpful. Ben, the kitchen designer, is very professional and allow makes himself available to help sort things out. The delivery service was brilliant. We brought three kitchen set ups for some holiday barns we have been converting. The Whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Excellent price for a good product. I would highly recommend the Malvern to everyone.

Highly recommend this Howdens branch

I highly recommend this Howdens branch. I ordered 3 kitchens for a commercial project and all items were delivered swifly and labelled well for each area. Any small issues were dealt with very quickly, and the Howdens Team have been very professional and great to work with.

Did not recieve correct wardrobe doors

Did not recieve correct wardrobe doors, but had to fit them because i had a viewing on the house, and could not get the correct doors in time.But i will say manager went out of his way to put things right but they were not available soon enough.

staff lied about a cash refund

staff lied about a cash refund, returned goods 4.5 hrs after purchase for which I paid cash & was told the cash had already been banked, this is bullsh@t. Had to wait 7 days for refund into bank. Unacceptable, amateur, & costly. Pathetic , have now closed my account
